Do not park here!! The QR CODES DO NOT WORK AND WHEN YOU EXIT THEY MAKE YOU DOUBLE PAY BECAUSE THE “assistance” BUTTON BRINGS YOU UNHELPFUL PEOPLE WHO ARE RUDE. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE 1.8 STARS ON HERE.
I ended up having to pay twice because the qr code I was sent didn't work.
Prepaid but the QR code would not scan at the kiosk. Tried for over a minute and then just had to press the button for a new ticket. So I ended up paying twice for the parking.
QR code did not scan. Had to set assistance to leave garage as we had already prepaid and did not want to pay again.
Couldn’t scan the QR code upon entry. Said “invalid code”. Tried two scanners at the entry gate. Then had to have the attendant come and make a call to customer service at the exit to get them to raise the gate. No point in prepaying if you’re trying to scam me into paying again upon exit
The QR code said it was invalid so I had to just get a ticket. I’m still waiting for a refund.
We prepaid for parking to make it easier. When we arrived at the garage, the one machine wasn't working, it was just continually dispensing tickets. The second machine wouldn't scan our QR code. When pressing the button for assistance, no one answered. We had to take a new ticket to move forward, as a line of cars started to form behind us. This meant we paid twice for parking. I will never prepay for parking again.
The QR code sent to my email didn't work. They said it could be because it wasn't exactly the time I reserved it; it was 5 min past. That doesn't sound practical. I had to pay for another ticket in person. After calling them there was no issue getting my money back so thats good news. I downloaded the app, maybe I'll have better luck with that next time.
Paid ( in advance) for my parking online. Received a QR to scan upon arrival.
It took a bout 5 minutes for the code to let us in as cars piled up behind us. Awkward.
Upon leaving , we had to pay AGAIN to get out.
Won’t use this garage ever again.
Paid for parking day before online to go see the Eagles Championship Parade was given a QR code online to use at kiosk. When we arrived to parking garage and tried to use kiosk the code didn’t work after multiple attempts and 5 cars behind me becoming very impatient had to pay again to get into gara. After parking looked around for someone who could possibly help and no luck 🤷🏻♂️
Need to be clearer on signage or markings
That you need your ticket to get back into the garage once you leave. The only sign I saw was when I left the building in the door to get back in. Maybe have it printed on the ticket. Do not leave ticket in car, you will need it to access the garage from the street
Two exit lanes. One would not accept the ticket, the other would not accept credit cards. Took 15 minutes to exit and I had to pay a surcharge. Terrible experience.
I'm sure you have a fine parking facility but we ended up not needing it. I cancelled our reservation and am waiting for the refund. It's been over a week.
Refund was there. My mistake.

I placed an order for The Bourse Parking Garage at 47 S. 4th St. Philadelphia, PA 19106 6 for April 27th. However, when I got to the garage the person I talked to that worked there said that they do not accept Parking.com tickets. I do not understand how the website can sell tickets to a garage that does not accept the ticket.

The pass didn't work. No attendents came when we pushed the call button. Ended up losing out $20 as we had to get a ticket at the gate.
Edit: Parking refunded our initial purchase.

The parking lot could not read my my code so we had to park elsewhere. I left a review and was contacted the next day. I will definitely use Parking.com again know that things will be fixed if something is wrong at one of the lots they use.
