Love driving in and electronically reading my plates and allowing me access. Did not check if I could come and go throughout the day. Will next time.

Stressfree and Seamless!
The whole process was seamless and worked exactly how it was explained in the documentation provided. We were visiting from Australia and it was our first trip to Chicago, so were realistically expecting some hiccups. Our AirBnb didn't have parking and we weren't given any suggestions. This was the first thing that came up on a google search and it worked beautifully!
swindled!
I paid online in advance for 3-1/2 days of parking. NOWHERE at the garage, online, or on the email that was sent to me does it say no in/out (I have pics and all the documents). However, you can only enter once and leave once. My $96 got me 14 hours of parking, whereas I should have gotten 3-1/2 days. I talked to the person on the intercom, called parking.com, and was referred to the service that took my payment, whom I also talked to. Nobody helped. You got me once, never again.
Never again!!😡
When we got into the ramp, there was no parking spaces left. If you are in Chicago don’t use this company. Every parking space was full. It was very disappointing to know I paid for something and had to find different parking. Because of this I missed half of my ballgame looking for other parking. I will never be using your service again. This is the second time this happened to me.

It should be you can go in and out if you’re paying for more than 12 hours.

We couldn’t leave the ramp without paying again. We then had to pay 2x
Paying Ahead of Time
I paid ahead of time for 2 days of parking. Got into the ramp fine, but couldn't get out (with the QR code provided).
Did I need to get a ticket? I was told no. Had to call for "help" at the exit gate.
Also, the south exit elevator wasn't working and there wasn't a staircase available.
Glitchy scanner made me double-paid
The scanner wouldn't read my prepaid pass, so I had to pay again. No attendant, nobody to ask for help: a purely automated garage with a broken device made the website, scheduling, etc utterly useless.
Perfect!
I've always gotten the best deals AND parking spots that are convenient AND close in proximity to my destination!

Highly recommend. Will use again.
The parking garage and low cost was perfect. Easy to find and easy entry/exit. The only detail that was slightly off was the distance. Your website said it was a 15-min walk to the venue. Once we arrived, it was 1 mile from the garage to Wrigley Field. It was not a big deal for us but it is closer to 20-25 minute walk, even at a pretty decent pace. Overall, great experience and will use your site again.

All the spots were filled when I arrived . Several drivers after me had the same issue. I had to find parking elsewhere. Never again .
Personal Service
The lot was full except for reserve parking. I contacted Parking.com and they took my plate number to insure the car was not towed.
