Great service

I was charged twice for parking I had already paid for and when I reached out to clarify this with someone I was never contacted back and I still have additional charges to my credit card that need to be addressed.

It was a very clean and secure garage and for that reason I would park again. The charging options was great as well(why I picked this garage and saved it from a 3 star review). But I had payment issues with my Canadian credit card(only google pay worked), wasted alot of time. Also if you come in from the South side you can curb your rim on an unneeded curb that is obsucured by the garage doors.

Even if I used the QR code which is the apartment leasing office gave the one day free parking pass, parking lot company charge me hourly.
Also the parking doesn't give enough time to use the QR code. They just scanned the car plate, and started charging the hourly rates.
Even though I contacted to assistance, they don't care what I'm saying. They are just interested in drawing money from my account.
I will not use this parking lot ever even if it is way cheaper than others.

Easy experience, especially with the Bluetooth proximity. Just pull up and the gate opened. Only issue was arriving 5 minutes early and having to wait for the exact time.

This was an excellent way for both my family and I as well as our host to secure a safe convenient parking space during our visit to the city.

Great location and really good parking! The price was also good! Thank you for providing this spot. We parked Friday through Sunday and stayed at the Sheraton Grand next door. It was just a short walk across the riverfront (note, there are stairs).
