An Excellent Experience!

I had great concerns about finding parking in downtown Nashville for my first-ever Titans game. Parking.com made searching for the best combination of location and price VERY easy. I will definitely use Parking.com again!

Good experience but need for improvement

Upside: ease of payment, reservation, etc.

Downside: the email that is sent from parking.com - specifically the instructions for parking - should reflect that the gate at the lot will automatically open and identify the entering user by their cell phone, sending a text automatically and "starting the clock". As well, upon leaving the parking facility, that the gate will open automatically, and send a text to the user. Current instructions seem irrelevant and out of date. NEEDS UPDATING AND SIMPLIFICATION, because they are over-complicated.

Super easy

Super easy to prepay for the garage. Pulled up to the gate and it instantly let me in and out as it recognized my phone without me even having to take out of my pocket. The process was simple and quick and a good value.

The issue was I returned to leave prior to the ending time on prepaid agreement however I sat in the parking garage for an hour waiting to leave. I was charged for the extra time which I believe to be very unfair. There should be staff on duty to help with these type of situations

I prepaid for the Fourth of July event…

I prepaid for the Fourth of July event and due to the lack of organization by Metro police I was unable to get out of the parking garage for 2 hours, which put me over the amount of time I’d prepaid for. So on top of the $21 I prepaid I had to pay an additional $17. Very disappointed with the operation and organization of the parking and traffic for such a large event.
