Although I was ultimately able to pay…
Although I was ultimately able to pay for my short term parking, the app didn't want to let me create an account so I ended up going through as a guest. Never had that problem with any of the other parking apps I've used, so that is a definite miss. However, the instructions were clearly posted at the site and there were ample empty spots available.
