Make it clear that no ticket is required to be placed on the dashboard of the car.

Waste of money
I parked and tried to figure out how to pay but it was not fast pace ffor me. My phone was slow with low signals. Workers who watch over the parking lot, he force me to leave when I am finally able to pay.

I tried initially paying with cash and…
I tried initially paying with cash and the machine took $6 dollars then stopped. Couldn’t get my money back and there was no support available. Had to pay the full fee on my phone so $15 isn’t what I had in mind for an hour parking

Sign in parking lot said weekend rate was $4.00. I was charged regular rate of $9.00. What recourse do I have ?
