Reserved for 3 hours, and only used 1 hour. Charged additional for oversize, despite customer request to use part of the unused time to cover the oversize charge. Total charge $60/hour. Garage says speak to home office. Home office says speak to third party billing company. Poor customer service.

Was in and out quick. I reserved my space online and was able to just show my email confirmation when I arrived. Pick up was easy as well.

Honest and reliable service
I had booked and paid parking for my dad who had an appointment nearby. My dad did no know I had already paid for his parking, so he proceeded to pay the attendant on arrival. Per my dad, the attendant was honest enough to let him know payment were already made. My dad also said the process was easy and he appreciated that the parking attend did not exploit an elderly man.
