Worst parking experience ever

I paid for parking online. I scanned the barcode to get into the parking lot. When I scanned the barcode to leave it said I owed the full amount of parking. The parking attendant was not helpful and I ended up paying double for parking.

Our vehicle was broken into while at…

Our vehicle was broken into while at this garage and we had $800 worth of personal items taken. It was a holiday weekend and none of the mobile glass repair companies had the glass we needed. We had to cut our trip short and I drove 3 and a half hours home with a busted out window and my mother in law drove the 3 and an half hours and picked up my wife and kids and turned around and drove back. Broken window cost $250 to repair. Still had to pay the $30 bucks to get out of the garage.

Most inconvenient entry/exit system I've ever seen

Was forced to use my cellphone to open the gate to enter by text. Took elevator to 3rd floor upon return and could see my car but couldn't get to it without walking around a long distance. The elevator basically puts you on the wrong floor. Could not use my credit card at the exit. You are forced to receive a link by text and input cc info on a webpage. Then to actually exit you have to find the code on the machine (which is not plainly labeled as such) and text once again to get out. It's a total pain in the butt. Feel sorry for anyone without a phone cause you ain't going in or out, and can't pay anyway.

We had to pay to get out

We had to pay to get out. There were homeless people surrounding the garage. The garage was OK. There should be no reason as of why we had to pay to leave the facility when we paid $80 for two nights. I will not be parking here again.

I was double charged

I was double charged. Customer service was unhelpful the first time, and fully a scam the second time. I had instructions given to me to submit personal info to an email address not affiliated with the company.
