Lot was where GPS said it was. Easily got in the gate showing my receipt on my phone. It was very close to the event we were attending.

The customer service was excellent getting me refunded but the actual service is a convoluted mess. The location I was trying to park at would not register in the app or the full web page I ended up paying for a location MILES away by mistake. Customer service was great at getting it refunded but of course it takes days to give me my money back but you'll sure take it from me right away... B.s.

Ease of use of web booking. Location of parking too far from exhibition entrance.

Paid $34.00 to park and went to lot and no one in booth. Thought I was in wrong lot and drove to another lot. Realized first lot was correct and drove back. Still no one in booth. Left parking lot and went to neighboring lot and advised booth worker at that lot that there was no one at assigned lot and asked to park their lot. I was told I couldn’t park there as I had an oversized vehicle. Only reason it was oversized was it was a tall vehicle. It would still fit in regular space. This was an open air lot! They called other booth to find out where absent worker was and was told he was in restroom and to return to lot and he would be there. Note. This is now my 2nd time driving by booth with no one in it. When I Drove back (mind you I’m on a time restraint) the booth was still empty. Waited 5 minutes, blew horn at least twice and no one came. Left booth and parked and left vehicle. When I returned he was in booth to collect my parking pass THeN! I inquired as to where he was and he advised he was on bathroom break. I stated you must take a lot of bathroom breaks. Totally useless. I could have parked and not had a parking pass as he would never have known. If refund is possible give it!

When we first came in no one was there to direct our parking. When we came back we were told that we had parked wrong. The attendant was rude and hateful. Then he told us where to park and how to park and was rude. The next time I parked like the attendant said and the next attendant said no we can’t park that way and was rude again was very hateful in asking for parking pass. The next attendant was rude and hateful about the parking passes and parked us different again. It is sad that when you are teaching students to be professional this is the example they see! Thank you for your time.

The Marshall yard parking was Nice. ❤️

Nobody was checking for parking passes at the lot today. Why charge for the lot when they let people park for free? Sort of a rip off!

Parking convenient for where we needed to go. Parking attendant very friendly and helpful.

The qr code provide at the lot worked, but required an 8ndigit license plate, but most ga license plates are 7 digits or less.

I didn’t k ow I had to print out before I purchased. No access to a printer.

Very easy in and out. Great employees.

Very easy to navigate, and support team actually answered phone which I am finding very unusual for parking teams.

Very convenient and easy parking for our bus. Only a 12 minute walk to the aquarium

The lot is hard to find because there is no address. No signs other than yellow lot. But the parking in the yellow lot was $20!! I paid $33 online! So do not use this parking service-drive there, pay at the entrance and save 50%!!!!

At first my lot that I had reserved parking for was full and I needed to drive to another lot to check availability. Then last minute they said there was one spot left. While parking there were several spots available. A little professionalism would go a long way. Especially when paying over $30 to park. Please get it together

The woman on the phone was so helpful! She was accommodating and gave clear direction!
Highly recommend!

There was plenty of parking space. Loved the covering for our vehicle. It was not too far from the GWCC.
