Quick, easy and reasonably priced

It is so nice to be able to secure a parking spot ahead of time! It was easy to do, reasonably priced and eliminates all concerns about having to find a place to park the day of the event. If it all goes as expected, it ought to be great!

I couldn't park through the app

I couldn't park through the app. The scanner doesn't read the Q-code. I bought parking for $12 for 6 hours, and ended up paying $45 for 2 hours, then had to repark. This parking is a scam. They say they have a bad internet connection, so the scanner doesn’t scan, then why sell the parking?

Terrible

I parked here for a Cubs game. I booked online for $36, but when I got to the parking lot, the sign said something along the lines of online booking isn't valid for Cubs games. (maybe put that on the website??) I took a ticket thinking that I'll talk to someone on the way out, but, of course, there was no one to talk to. They ended up charging me another $60, which I disputed because, again, there's no one to talk to. Thankfully, as soon as I got in to the lot, someone left, otherwise there was no available spots.
I would never park here again.

The parking garage was over booked

The parking garage was over booked. Cars had to block other cars and other spaces were created. Luckily, I was able to create a space along a wall but many others were forced to find other parking outside of the garage. Frustrating situation overall.

Decent garage close to Wrigley

Long line to get out of garage after event due to only one gate working. Then my ticket wouldn't work on the way out. Had to call for help, and all was taken care of, but felt bad holding up the line even more (though I suspect I was not the only one having this issue). Otherwise nice garage, very close to Wrigley. Felt safe with lots of people around.

Zero Stars

Extremely unhappy with my experience. We parked on the second floor at 6pm at one of the last 2 spaces available. When we returned at 9:50pm, the only exit lane for the second floor was completely blocked by 6 cars. By 10pm, there were 2 vehicles needing to exit but were blocked in. The tow company was called by the other driver; I went downstairs to use the assistance call button on the booth. The first person I spoke to told me to "use the other exit ramp" despite my multiple attempts to explain there was only one way in and out. The second person I spoke to hung up on me and the third finally understood the issue, called the same tow company we already contacted, and told me they were on the way. So helpful. I called the parking.com phone number at 10:36pm and was rudely told there wasn't anything they could do and, again, was hung up on. At 10:40pm I called the tow company AGAIN and was told they were 10 minutes away. While I was on the street watching for the tow truck, someone from the Halstead Flats management went to the second floor and told the growing number of blocked drivers that the attendant had quit that night and we should "go get a Diet Coke somewhere" to get out of the 90 degree plus enclosed parking garage. At 11pm, the concert was over and people began returning to their cars, including those who blocked the only exit from the second floor. Having been in an enclosed, hot parking garage for over an hour, things started to get heated between those of us stuck on the second floor (at this point there were more than a dozen) and those blocking the exit. Because there was no attendant when vehicles were finally able to exit, those who had been stuck on the second floor were now waiting in line behind the multitude of concert goers on the first floor who were leaving. Not to mention the much anticipated arrival of the tow truck, which showed up after 11pm as the mass exodus of cars started, caused even more of a delay in egress. WE ARRIVED AT THE GARAGE AT 9:50PM AND DID NOT EXIT UNTIL AFTER 11:15PM. And all because a company has KNOWINGLY OVERSOLD the garage, left it unattended without a back-up plan if the ONE employee quits, and had zero control or concern over the situation after the tickets were paid for. These actions are avarice, irresponsible, and dangerous. You should feel lucky there wasn't an emergency on the second floor behind the blocked exit. I've already called again this morning and expect a full refund. Obviously, I will not be using parking.com in the future.

Parking here was not fun

Parking here was not fun. I reserved a spot weeks in advance and got there to find zero parking. People were parking wherever they could and were not concerned about leaving thru ways open. I got blocked in and had to block other people in. No way to get out. Totally oversold.

Great experience booking the parking

Great experience booking the parking. Great location, only a 6 minute walk to Wrigley Field. I thought it was great that there was an attendant at the scanner when we arrived and left. This made the parking experience seamless. This is one of my favorite places to park in the future.

The QR code would not scan

The QR code would not scan. So we ended up paying for parking when we were there. So not only did I pay $42 for pre parking and the QR code would not scan but then I ended up paying another $22 to park.
