Regret
Our online order said it would be ready by 12:12 it was not ready until after 12:30. We paid extra for a bunch of items that were not in the omelette. The strawberry cheesecake French toast and lemon blueberry French toast had barely anything but just the bread. All our our orders of bacon were missing we spent over 87$ for all this food. Huge disappointment, we got charged twice someone how even though we ordered directly through the Perkins website. When we called to complain the male manager offered no refund and nothing at all to satisfy our dissatisfaction. Never have an ever encountered such terrible customer service let alone provided by a manager. If someone could take the time to refund our money so we don’t feel so cheated and robbed that would be nice. Sad that we never get to order takeout and the rare time we do it is such a let down.
