I paid my ticket of 21 on the website the night I parked then when I tried to leave, I was told I had to pay another 35 dollars just get out of the lot.

The app doesn't explain some of the most basic things and also has hidden fees. I tried to get a month-long parking pass for two vehicles since we are in an AirBnb in the building. You can't add two vehicles to one account. And also Parking.com does not consider this a resident (something they could have explained before me paying), so I paid for it, then had to fill out an application(for parking... really?). After the application was declined since they don't deem a month long stay a resident, the refund takes up to two weeks and I still have not gotten it. It has only been ten days, but two weeks to not have $750 is a long time!

I reached out through the app for a refund and I did not receive a response. I bought an extra ticket to extend my time but was told that I could not use it when I was exiting and had to pay 25$ instead at the exit station. I'm seeking a refund for my $13. Please see my app message for more information.

They had great options very close to my destination and it was smooth and easy.

Great location, people were nice and let me out when gate did not go up.
I paid for a segment of time and added to the time with another payment but didn’t drive out and back in and it didn’t recognize my phone. Perhaps there is another way of adding time.

The parking is reasonably priced using parking.com

Easy to book a spot online and the garage was exactly where we needed a spot. Nicely done.

Prices could be better for guests staying at KASA.

Also, one entry was “out of order” & the phone number staff weren’t very “audible”, clear (hard to understand due to thick accent) or timely on how to go about issue.

We ended up entering through second entrance to park (which you are able to regardless of KASA instructions) so I am a bit confused on why they say to use one specific entrance.

Could not get into the garage, there was no QR code scanner at the gate. Called the customer service number but the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience, would never book with this website again.

The app is great! Simple and quick to locate parking.

In the beginning, it was a challenge to find the exact location, as there were 4 different entrances. Thereafter, it was smooth sailing and what would have costs me $30 was reduced to $13. Thank you!
