Lot wasn't an obvious choice, but turned out to be a gem. The ability to pay online allowed me the convenience of increasing my time as needed.

Use of the site was easy but I was issued a ticket anyway!!! The matter was resolved but it shouldn’t have been issued in the first place
Easy payment method. Ease of getting out of the lot.

This lot was an awful experience. I paid for a whole night of parking and ended up only parking for 30 minutes. Because i used a parking app and the owner cant figure that out, they decided to send my information to a collection agency that charged me a $100 fee and legal ramifications if i couldnt pay the fee. To top it off the lot is tiny and you will barely be able to fit an averaged sized sedan.

Hidden gem, small lot with online pay
Lot wasn't an obvious choice, but turned out to be a gem. The ability to pay online allowed me the convenience of increasing my time as needed.
Very easy and simple to complete
Didn't know how long I was staying and…
Didn't know how long I was staying and it kept increasing the charges...should be a flat rate and extra charges deducted for half a day. Not 40 dollars for 5 hours.
Narrow lot
Narrow lot, not ideal for large trucks or van which were parked there. Price advertised on sign was lower than the true cost. Was convenient for my location, but don't think I would want to park there on the weekend if the lot was full.

Not safe after dark
It was not labeled well at all and on top of that while we were unloading our car there were about three or four homeless dudes who approached us asking for money which is no biggie but there were also two digging around in the nearby dumpster aggressively swearing to themselves as well as a couple loud pops (sounded like gun shots) to our other side. We just didn’t feel safe so we ended up just leaving shortly after arrival

Bad all around
No customer support. Charged extra day and didn’t even park there but can’t get a hold of anyone to discuss. Homelessness and rotting smells. I moved the truck and paid at another lot.
Presell spots in unmonitored lots and unresponsive when the lot is full
They presell parking for events in unmonitored lots. Sold me a parking spot for a ball game when I was 10 minutes out. Upon arrival, all spots were taken as it's a tiny unmonitored lot. The app wouldn't let me cancel as ballgame advance pay parking started before I even bought it so it was "active". I couldn't get anyone on the phone, sent 2 emails 72 hours ago and have had zero response. We missed the first inning and paid a lot more in a last-minute parking scramble. I will never use this app or company again.
Update: The company reached out, not to my emails, but to this review, and offered me a refund. I'm glad I got my money back but had I not left a very public review I'm dubious that I would have had any resolution. The basic facts of the matter still remain. One shouldn't have to post a complaint in the court of public opinion to get restitution for a problem or even acknowledgment that there was a problem. I still would never trust that a spot I booked with this company would be available when I arrived. I would not use this company again to find event parking. We have used other companies to get advanced parking for years now and have never had an issue like this before.
