Overpriced, awesome system
The service is awesome! The system works perfectly. The qr code takes you directly to their site, you enter your info, and bam, you get a receipt. The one we used was an incredibly unbelievable rip off. $15 per hour. Thats why I gave them 3 stars.

There was a problem at the parking lot…
There was a problem at the parking lot and we had to pay twice to park. Spot Hero rectified it promptly. We are very satisfied.

Difficult to enter credit card info
Difficult to enter credit card info. You should let my camera scan my cards. Too much money to park in an empty parking lot in the evening.
