No spots available for pre-paid parking!!!
I pre-paid 10 days before the event for a spot for my father-in-law who showed up at 12:10 for a 12:45 game and there were no spots in the lot. The attendant told him "too bad". My son is on the NSC unified team that played after the NCS game so he drove around and had to find and pay for another place to park.
I think it is ridiculous that you would accept money in advance to park and either not have enough spaces to accommodate or not monitor for those that are parking without paying.
I will never use Parking.com again and I would like to have my money refunded because you took my money and did not provide the service.

Unpleasant experience
The sign said it would cost $20 but the app charged me $30. When I asked the attendant why he said I would have to take it up with the main office. Then walked away
