Confusing Experience with QR Code System
I used Parkingcom and scanned the QR code as instructed, but it led me to a page that was unclear and lacked key information. I was left unsure whether my parking session had been correctly registered or not.
The site could really benefit from clearer instructions and better feedback for the user—something like a confirmation message or clear status update would help a lot.
In a system where timing and compliance matter, it’s frustrating not to know if you’re doing things right. Hoping they improve the user experience soon.

Extremely expensive!!!$32 and some change for an hour and a half. No way to pay on site with cash. When you’re in a hurry getting ready to miss a tour and have to enter all the info into your phone and deal with that while being in a hurry it’s ver frustrating. Also started getting expiring notices long before my allotted time was up. What a racquet…guess they know they have people over a barrel.

Overpriced
I feel the parking was overpriced. Everything else was great, the remainders, location and parking spaces.

I've never had to use this app. Ok to use, but what if we didn't have a cell phone. Not a fan of this technology. And it's a horribly high price to pay for a parking spot.

Not safe and overpriced
Sign said $10 for first hour. No price for any extra time. We stayed 5 minutes past and I was charged $20 for the 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and no one was there for me to ask about prices. I too of it someone hit my car in the parking lot and left it damaged with no note or anything, my bumper was crooked and side all scratched.

It was close and convenient to where I needed to be. I was concerned about how this company would know how long I stayed or how I was going to be billed.
