I paid for a parking spot in advance
I paid for a parking spot in advance. When I arrived, there were no spaces available. I contacted through customer service and have yet to receive a response. A very disappointing experience, especially when I missed the beginning of the event I was attending and paid the company to park in a different lot.

Use Google Maps!!
Honestly I wasn’t happy when I returned to vehicle after a concert and found parking ticket on my truck. I parked in the lot my GPS sent to me thinking it was correct. Come to find out it was the lot beside the one I parked. There are no signs to let you know what lot is run by what company. Once I contacted SP+, the Regional Manager responded to my email within a day. He agreed to refund my prepaid parking ticket since I now had to pay a parking violation. So just a warning, be sure to use Google Maps bc Apple Maps is not correct for this location. The lot is in a good area and for a great price.

Received a parking violation at 10:31 PM when the time paid for ended at 01:00 AM.

Check your receipts for time expiration!!
I paid $25 for event parking, yet still received I $65 ticket. The event parking was only until 9pm, when the event wasn’t even over until 11. Complete BS!
