No monthly parking option
No monthly parking option. It was available last month and was great, but this month says it's not available

Quick easy to use.
It’s expensive paying online
Terrible app and rough garbage parking…
Terrible app and rough garbage parking lots with sink holes pot holes and broken asphalt
Can not pay- error message
Lately, I cannot use the application because it gives me an error message. This morning, I had to pay with cash, thanks God I had $2, because the train was coming and I kept receiving error messages. This happened at the south parking lot at the Schaumburg, IL Metra station.
Confused first time user
I wish that I could have paid for an entire week. I was also confused about how many hours was for each fee I kept getting notifications that my parking pass has expired therefore putting more money on after 8 or 12 hours
My car was towed from the parking lot…
My car was towed from the parking lot at 3:30pm even tho I paid for my car to be parked there till 5pm . They’re didn’t care no matter many times I explained i paid to be there. Yet, i had to pay $260 to get my car back. I would give you a zero stars review if it was possible
So convenient!
Easy to book, good map visuals, prices are more or less based on distance from the venue. My spot was SO convenient to Wrigley Field! The downside was locating the site due to my unfamiliarity with the area and Wrigleyville's alleys. I ended up in the wrong one and had to find my way to the correct alley.
Incorrect info from Parking.com resulted in a $50 PARKING TICKET!
Will never use Parking.com again and advising everyone I know to do the same. Incorrect entrance listed on pass, causing me to park in the wrong lot (there is a North lot and a South lot at the same venue - Parking.com also did not specify which was theirs) and I received a $50 PARKING TICKET from the enforcement of the other lot, for a spot that only would have cost $1.75.
Relatively easy to use
Paid for session & received…
Paid for session & received confirmation from my CC company, but session never registered on the app. Had to create & pay for a whole new session.
Broken parking meter leads to ticket
I put a dollar in the parking meter on the far west located in the middle for space #36. It was broken and would not allow me to enter coins. I tried to cancel but it would not return the dollar. I did not have enough change to use another meter before the train arrived. Came back to a ticket.
I was not happy with the parking
I was not happy with the parking. The app did not allow me to enter 12 hours so I had to pay double the amount I should have paid.. very dissatisfied
Modern day scam.
I parked at the station where I always paid 1.50 in coins. Now it’s additional 60 cent admin fee for this app. Why????? Station saving money on attendants, cash collectors etc? Scam.
