easy to book parking and the rates were great!

We could not even find your parking garage. We circled the block 3 times. We winded up parking in another parking lot. We still have no idea where you are located.

We didn’t get any problem. It was perfect.

Great overall experience. I had an extra oversized vehicle (ford transit) and they accommodated me and made it painless. Great service.

Service was prompt and courteous. A minor frustration is that the website paperwork highlights 'Tower 31' as the parking location but that term was not displayed on the front of the building. All I could read was 'Parking'. Almost drove past the location because I thought it might not be the correct parking lot.

Booked and than could not enter garage as it was full

I had prepaid parking for this lot 3 days before I was heading into the city for an overnight stay. When I arrived at the location the attendant tells me they are full and I have to look for parking elsewhere. I told him I prepaid a few days ago and he said it doesn't matter, that's a 3rd party and they overbook all the time. He said he cant give me a refund and I tried calling for hours on Saturday but no one answered the Parking.com contact number. It just kept going thru the menu items. He was not very helpful. I found another lot that cost me $100.

The parking attendant had my information and everything went great 👍.

Very user friendly excellent map directions

I was looking for parking until 3am on a Saturday and this one showed as available. In the app and even google maps the location shows as 24/7 but when I arrive, the employee informs me I had until 11:30pm that night to pick up my car or it would be stuck until next morning.
