There should be a cash method to get in & out. Also I noticed that I was clocked 26 min in already by the time I passed the gate to the spot i chose to park which was no more than 3 mins. Not cool. I... See more

There should be a cash method to get in & out. Also I noticed that I was clocked 26 min in already by the time I passed the gate to the spot i chose to park which was no more than 3 mins. Not cool. I was notifying everyone in the elevator because I thought that was unfair on this parking lot behalf. Fix it!

STUPID IDEA

When you pull in you find out you need a smartphone to enter. The line was backed up, because people were trying to figure it out. What if you dont have a cell phone at all? Then you sit there blocking traffic. Cant go in,back up or anything. Get rid of this stupid system. It was a stupid idea whoever put this thing in. You can see employee working there is stressed as well as they have to explain to most people how to do it.

Technology is not always good

We're old school and don't always bring our cell phones with us if you don't have one at all you can't park
They need to bring back the parking attendant so you can pay cash if you need to

Rip Off

I dislike paying for parking at a place where you are a customer. I think that is absolutely absurd.

Easy Parking

I’m not exactly sure anyone checked that I paid to park here, but it was convenient to catch the casino train. Also cheaper than the covered garage 1 block over.

PARKING SCAM AT THE TROPICANA

PARKING SCAM AT THE TROPICANA
Used Parking.com while parking at the Tropicana in Las Vegas.
My hotel reservation for 1 nights said free parking. But when I arrived a sign said you MUST pay for parking (or risk a fine!) So I paid for the 2 days, about $50, as I figured the hotel would then reimburse me or have a voucher.
When I checked in right afterwards, the receptionist said she didn't know and couldn't do anything, because it was an outside company organizing the parking, but that I wouldn't have had to pay!!! Even though the sign clearly said I did have to pay!
I emailed Parking.com (difficult to fins an email address) as there was nowhere in the app to stop the parking before the end of the prepaid time?! (The apps I use in Scandinavia all have this function). This is now 2 weeks ago, but Parking.com still has not responded!!!
There should be a sign saying hotel guests park for free, register at reception. And hotel staff should be able to reimburse guests who are lured into this trap.
I will also be writing this as a complaint to the hotel, as they and Parking.com are both at fault here!

Perfect place to park near the Las…

Perfect place to park near the Las Vegas strip. It’s cheap but sometimes full. Have to be here early before it fills up. After around 7:00 pm it starts getting more traffic and can get full quick. If you park 2 hrs it’s the same fee as parking 4 hrs, so get your monies worth.
