Worst experience ever trying to get to…
Worst experience ever trying to get to a concert. They sold out of parking spots so they were literally parking people anywhere. It was the Ed Sheeran concert. He broke the Soldier Field record with 76,000 people there. I understand this was incredibly difficult for all those involved. But I keep getting reminded to leave a review. I can't say I had a positive experience. Sorry to those that worked their ass off.

Easy to schedule close to my venue
Easy to schedule close to my venue. Directions were simple to follow. Lots of staff to help park the cars quickly. Price was reasonable compared to other choices.

Had to pay twice
The reception was non existent at the gate. I was not able to pull my confirmation email up to scan the barcode. We had to pay for parking again in order to get into the lot.

Garage is great but leaving after event…
Garage is great but leaving after event is awful. My line went thru McCormick center was stuck there for 1 hour with minimal movement. Not good. Please work on different route. Thx

The flow of traffic for the parking lot was not good at all, especially for the price paid to park in the lot. They need better organization for parking when events are occurring.
