The website was easy to use and quite clear and concise.

I had purchased this parking spot for the Color Run in Chicago June 4. When we arrived at the parking garage, the attendant there had said the lot was full and for us to drive around to the other garage. This second garage was a half mile away and had us walking all around Soldier Field to get to the event. We were very disappointed that we had paid in advance for a close parking spot but in the end were not able to utilize it. I am not sure if this mix-up was the fault of the Color Run organizers or Parking.com.

I bought a parking spot at waldron deck and when I got there it was full, they send me to mcCormick place, way further!!! The parking there was cheaper!!! Why did you guys sell more tickets than parking spots available??
Am I getting a $10 refund???? That would be fair and nice of you!!! Very disappointed

Parking at Solider Field for Coldplay. Pre-paid for Waldron Deck on 18th street. Exit LSD at 18th street, parking deck on the left but not allowed to turn in. Directed to continue driving, curved around and headed north on the back side of the stadium. Past the stadium, no idea where we were headed or the plan to get back south to the parking garage. Finally able to make two different u-turns and got back to the garage. About a 20min venture from the time I exited LSD. Then, at the end of the show, the entrance to North LSD, which is next to the garage, and a right turn, was blocked. Had to turn left and drive thru McCormick place down to 31st street, then turn around and head back north. So 45 minutes later, I was back where I started by solider field. Illogical traffic pattern and incredibly frustrating. Not to mention I don’t appreciate driving thru deserted McCormick place with no police presence and a high crime wave. I will not park at Solider Field again. Better to park in the loop and suffer the 30-40 minute walk.

Awesome app and site to find parking for any events happening downtown Chicago. As anyone knows it is terrible to find parking going to any venue in the heart of Chicago. Fair pricing compared to other parking prices I seen from other sites. I would highly recommend using this site.

Good organization all the time

No organization from traffic crew. Very rude. Yelling at people. Not explaining procedures or where to go. Awful experience. Would love a refund...

Location to Soldier Field is the best! But 2 areas of improvement would make a huge improvement in customer satisfaction. 1. From the upper deck, there is only 1 sign in 1 corner indicating EXIT. it took us 5 minutes of driving in circles trying to figure out where the exit was! Extremely frustrating. 2. Direct electric cars to the charging station parking spots. Not an option when we entered garage in fact the ticket taker didn’t even know if there were electric car charging spots.

Easy access and close to where I was going. Very easy exiting well orchestrated. I would definetely use them again

App was easy to use, got parking where we wanted. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else who is looking for parking.

The parking experience was great overall. We prepaid and got right in, and the staff directed us straight to our spot. They were also very friendly and helpful. My only minor concern would be it took to long to get out of the garage, but I don't feel like that was the staffs fault. It was a great night all in all

North bound entrance to parking at Waldron deck off of lakeshore drive closed. No good signage on alt route. Added extra 45 minutes to drive time

Was not allowed to park on deck even though I had prepaid for ticket. Had to park in garage.

Same price as at the gate so no up charge👍 Super easy.

Easy of ordering. Long lines getting into the lot. Easy out!

Parking and getting out was easy. Adequate security to guide us both ways.

Order didnt go thru first time and gave error. Had all the credit card info. Second time around , with same info, was successful. Sometimes this leads to double charges on credit card.

A bit pricey for a concert, but very close to venue. I am out of town, so I appreciate the opportunity o buy parking in advance.
