It is a pain in the neck to log on to the app, enter all the details and pay. And then to get charged a "service fee" for being required to use a credit card adds insult to injury. The university needs to re-think its approach to the experience they are providing to students.

Parking was easy but more signs are…
Parking was easy but more signs are needed on how and when to pay. I didn’t pay download the app u til I was going to leave and the. Entered the wrong enter and exit time since I didn’t realize I needed to ‘prepay’ or at least enter my start time and expected departure. However, I did pay for the time I was parked and glad I didn’t get a message I failed to pay because of the wrong start and end time so was grateful for that!
