Found my car filthy-dirty even though I paid for covered parking. The bathroom (portable toilet) didn't have any water, the shuttle van smelled like cigarettes and the attendants had a nasty attitude. Not at par with the great city of Firenze...shame!
Ho trovato la mia machina sporchissima nonstante ho pagato per parcheggio coperto. Il bagno (potty-go) senza acqua e il shuttle puzzava a cigarette. Non è al livello da Firenze...vergogna!

Smooth parking in Malpensa Airport
We have used ParkinGo Malpensa several times, and find them very reliable. Leaving and picking up the car is easy and fast, and so is also the transportation to and from the airport. The possibility of getting the car back clean and neat is a good offer. Nice staff and good service.

+10 euro in Cologne Airport
The parking Rules are - number of people exceeding 4 person states 10 euro per person. At the parking the rule changes to 10 euro additional to the driver.is 10 euro.
Parking value is only the money, otherwise parking in the airport is always better. So you're looking for a lowest price. If your price increased 20-30% when you are in a rush it is cheating. The others clearly stated for +10 euro and were cheaper at the end. Please consider.

They have charged us money because they say it wasn’t vacuumed
A car that we had to have filled up with ad blue because they didn’t service it
Who has ever needed to have a car cleaned and vacuumed before you send it back
And because we already had our own gap insurance low and behold we had to pay

Servicio Confiable y Eficiente
I'm giving it 4 stars because the road leading up to the airport, the last 200 meters, is very bad. They should fix it, as there are many, and quite large, potholes.
The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and efficient.
We barely waited at the airport; they arrived promptly and on time.
As for the price, it's one of the best parking options.
We recommend this company!
