Not what it says it will do
Promised that it would deal with the ticket but wanted upfront payment of £20 but then confirmed that this would only mean the debt would be cancelled with the issuing company but could be escalated by a debt collection agency instead. Took so long to acknowledge this was the case, that window to pay lower charge to issuer was timed out, thereby costing an extra £40.
Definitely NOT recommended!
Reply suggests that this would have been ‘dealt with’ but asking for upfront payment to a County Court collection site does not seem correct - too late to offer to deal with this free ( easy to offer in hindsight!) My review stands and if you choose to use this service, be aware of the poor communication and incomplete information.

I am sorry you are not happy with the service unfortunately you are not correct. It has not cost you anything. The Parking industry call this discount period the "mugs discount period" which is self explanatory and they use it quite freely within their community. I will also also add that i am afraid you dont understand how the parking ticket industry works and therefore how parking tickets can actually be dealt with.
I am sorry that you dont appear to have your facts correct on how these things work.
At no point would you ever have had to have paid Alliance Parking regardless of the outcome of any appeal therefore what you were advised was correct
Dealing with a parking ticket does NOT always require that the parking ticket itself be cancelled. A cancelation is not always required and with Alliance especially. They have to be dealt with differently
If you have not paid the PCN we would be happy to deal with it for free for you
Edited given your edit. We pride ourselves on our fast replies. Every email gets a reply to the same day regardless of the time it is sent. In addition to the offer to deal with it for free we dont wish to see anyone be fooled into paying alliance parking. Unfortunately you can not please every one
