The Parkinson’s Performance Centre (PPC) is redefining what’s possible with Parkinson’s. Built on the belief that individuals can adopt an athlete’s mindset, PPC focuses on daily improvement across five key pillars of health. Rather than managing decline, we provide a structured, personalized approach that shows you exactly what to do, why it matters, and how to do it. Our goal is to move you from uncertainty to clarity — replacing reactive care with proactive, performance-driven progress.

I have the highest respect for the Parkinson Performance Centre

I have the highest respect for the what the Parkinson's Performance Centre is doing and achieving. I have read the prior reviews and you can believe them just as they are written.
I will share a slightly different viewpoint. I do not have Parkinson's. My wife was diagnosed six years ago with it. For five years we searched for a path that brought hope, progress and control over this affliction. We researched and tried several avenues to cope. Five years finally led us to this group. Gaia and her team are outstanding in all the ways you have already read about in other reviews.
What she and her team have done for me, the husband and partner of an individual with Parkinson's, is also extraordinary. Their communications extends to include partners/ family and have been valuable in helping me better understand how to cope and understand how a neurological disease like Parkinson's affects my wife when so much of the impact goes beyond physical symptoms. A second area of benefit for me is the recognition of the benefits from the program, which are clearly focused toward specific challenges of living withParkinson's, have universal benefit for all of human health. It has moved me from a "spectator and compassionate supporter" to a training and lifestyle partner with my wife. It is great for my health and great for our marriage and relationship. It most importantly provides me an active avenue to really walk the walk with my wife and truly support her as she endeavors through the challenges of training and staying motivated. Where I once felt a lack of understanding and not knowing how to respond, I now can stand alongside and encourage and train together with her leaving me feeling like I am truly helping make a difference in her efforts to combat the degenerative aspects of the disease.
The last, but not least, observation I would share is the strength and power of the community that the PPC has established. So much of the information and stories you see online about Parkinson's are focused on the negative and the challenge of the disease. The PPC community are highly motivated and positive individuals that do not accept victimhood. It is full of folks that accept the challenge, strive to overcome and live their lives to the fullest. They are resilient, positive and high achievers and my wife has developed strong contacts and true friends that encourage her and each other in this community. This is a world class organization and a blessing to those that have found it.

Parkinson Performance Centre Exceeds expectations

I joined the program about 6 months ago, 3 yrs after my diagnosis. At the time, I noticed I was getting weaker and slower, as well as a few other symptoms I didn't like at all. I watched the ads for this program multiple times before I actually joined, thinking it was too good to be true. Turns out, they provided even more than I expected. The 5 pillars provided insight into why things happened, why what we do changes our lives and gave me step by step directions to achieve my goals. Today, I'm nearly back to the strength I was before I developed tremors, my other symptoms are stable or slightly improved. I've got the tool kit I need to continue on my own. I'm looking forward to living my best life for a long, long time. I can't thank Gaia and Jorge and the program community enough for what they've done for me.

Best Parkinson's support programme!

I joined the Parkinson’s Performance Center's Parkinson's Power Protocol six months ago, looking for expert guidance on how to protect myself from disease progression and maintain the quality of life I was fortunate to have despite my Parkinson’s diagnosis. Gaia and her team delivered that and much more than I ever dared to hope, and my life has changed in subtle but powerful ways I couldn’t have expected.

With the five-pillar approach, this programme covers every aspect of health and wellbeing. It offers clear, individualised, step-by-step guidance and encouragement and a wealth of strong science-backed information, all delivered by a genuinely caring team of professionals and a supportive community. As a participant (Gaia never refers to us as patients because she sees the person, not the illness), hard work is expected, but that hard work is met with expert coaching and real passion from a truly dedicated team.

There are no miracles here. There is as yet no cure for Parkinson’s. But there are proven ways to slow progression and improve overall health and quality of life, and with the PPP you get that in abundance.

Less than six months since starting the programme, I feel like a different person – and people have noticed! I have more energy. I have more strength. I sleep better. My speech and motor skills have improved. My mood is more stable. I enjoy life much more – I’ve been exploring new activities and revisiting old ones as I’ve rediscovered an enthusiasm for life that I thought I’d lost. Hey, maybe there are miracles to be found after all!

I have tried other Parkinson’s programmes since my diagnosis, and they were good, but this is the gold standard, and it covers everything – I really believe it’s unique. The PPP has given me something priceless – a clear path to true wellbeing even with Parkinson’s – and the whole team deserve a special place in heaven. I will be eternally thankful to them all.

The PPP can help you unlock more potential for your life with PD

I came into PPP as someone with a significant athletic background, a well-built PD care team, and a structured plan of my own. I wasn't looking for a starting point, I was looking for an edge. The PPP delivered one. My training got sharper, with new strategies I wouldn't have developed on my own. The other pillars of living well with Parkinson's (mindset, approach, day-to-day discipline) got real depth added to them. Six months in, I’m continuing to improve my athletic benchmarks, which isn't something I take for granted at my age and with PD. What's changed most is how I think about what's possible: PPP raised my sights on what living well with PD can actually look like, and connected me to a network of genuinely high-impact people in this community, inside and outside the program. Gaia and her team bring real energy and ambition to this space, the kind PD needs more of.
