Great local company, lovely staff and a nice clean modern van. Booking and hire process was quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, you really don't need to look any further.

We used Park Lane for car hire when my Son was visiting from Germany. First class service and the car was very clean and well maintained. Girls in the office were very professional and friendly and we will definitely use again. Thank you.

After being in a sticky situation when my insurance company didn't provide a replacement vehicle on time, I called park lane self hire. They had the vehicle in stock that I needed to continue running my business, the professionalism and service that I encountered, firstly by phone and then over the counter was second to none. The vehicle I was hiring was practically brand new and more than met my needs. Special mention to Bethan who was lovely and polite and has helped with me trying to recoup the costs incurred from my insurance company failing me in my hour of need. I know it must be a team effort otherwise the business would not run so well. Won't hesitate in the future if I need another vehicle hire company. Many thanks

I have given 5 stars because after hiring a car in July for four days, I was unable to find any fault with the car or service that I received. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The rates were extremely competitive and I will definitely use Park Lane Self Drive again

I have rented vans off park lane in Mansfield off and on for around 12 months when additional work comes in, the staff are outstanding and I had a van on lease when the covid-19 broke out, with work drying up rapidly and my cash flow equally as quick, this company and the Mansfield branch staff were absolutely amazing, they could have recalled the van, but appreciated my situation and let me keep it so I can continue to work, I cannot thank them enough, without their assistance in this difficult time, my business would not have survived - so a full 5 stars for Bethan, Cyril and all staff there - I am VERY VERY grateful - top company, if you need van rental in Notts - don’t go anywhere else - these are genuine people and will help you above and beyond expectations- thank you guys

Another very positive experience, this time I requested a van for half a day. When I phoned to make the booking, I received a very warm, friendly, and helpful customer service. All was sorted in just a few minutes. The van was perfect for what I wanted it for, and was very well presented. A big THANK YOU, and I will definitely be useing the company again. I have been using Park Lane at Kirkby in Ashfield for some time now.
The reception staff are invariably warm, friendly, helpful and very competent. The vehicles are 'spot on' very clean and absolutely ready to go.
I am also surprised at the value for money they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the local area.

I've been renting parklane vans frequently over the last few months, the staff are really nice and very helpful even when I've needed a van at very short notice. The vehicles are always clean and are much better quality and spec than what most other rental companies offer. I would highly recommend them.

Having tried a number of companies to find a suitable minibus this has turned out to be a real find for us. We are a group of walkers who wanted to undertake the National 3 Peaks and needed transport with designated drivers. Park Lane self drive made the planning so easy from our initial conversation to drop off after.
Every question we had was answered efficiently and there were no surprises, just a clean efficient service - a massive thank you for helping us tick this challenge off our bucket list.

I would just like to say thank you to you all for providing us with excellent service and a clean good looking VW Caddy Maxi C20 TDI in which to take myself and son over to France.
623 miles on just over half a tank of fuel we felt was very good and the vehicle provided us with an excellent drive and loads of space for all our gear.

From the phone call to returning the hire van the Kirkby in Ashfield branch customer service was second to none and even helped me sort out a taxi to get me home. None pushy, no bull and pleasant experience with new clean vans......what more can you ask for and based on this I totally recommend.
Must not forget the hire prices are spot on!

I've used Park Lane many times over the last five years and to be honest would use them all the time if the location was closer to me. Have hired vans and cars. Always friendly and helpful and good rates. No sneaky hidden charges
