Do not use Park Me Fly airport parking

Do not use Park Me Fly airport parking. Left on vacation 7 - 16 June 2019 and left my vehicle with Park Me Fly.com at 7653 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, FL. When I returned on the 16th on or around 4:45 a.m. I found that my vehicle had a musky and moldy smell. I was tired from the flight and the car was parked on a dark area so my wife and I decided to drive home, we thought that maybe the smell was coming from the surroundings. We were wrong, drove for 15 minutes and the smell made us pull off the road. My car was wet in the driver's side interior, and the radio would not function. I called their office and the attendant told me that the van got wet the whole week prior and that maybe I left the window down. This got me very upset because I do not drive with my windows down and this place is not a self parking business. When I told the same to the attendant and that the vehicle was locked and secures before they parked my car, the attendant told me that maybe o e of their employees left the window down and that they found like that a few days later. I was told that they used a mechanic to bring the window up becuse apparently the window was not working. I ask why I was not contacted or informed about what happened and why I was not informed about someone working on mu car prior nor when I was picking up my vehicle; I was told that sorry but that he could not answer that question. I asked to be call by a supervisor as soon as possible. Today is the 20th and no one has contacted me, yet.
