This app really makes parking easier

This app really makes parking easier. Instead of shuffling around for coins or roaming around for the parking station, this app really helps me park and pay so quickly! Also recharging the parking meter is so easier and so convenient on my phone!! Thank you!!!

Worst support experience.

Filed 6 support tickets, all closed by them without solving the issue. Phone support takes forever to be connected, then after the call connected, the agent said she could not hear me and hung up.
2 years after they were hacked I still cannot get my account back.

Super easy to use and convenient

Super easy to use! It’s stressful enough to have to find parking when driving around, it’s wonderful not having to worry about paying, whether your in the right spot, tracking how much time you have, increasing time, etc. All that is taken care of by the app. Thank you!!!
