Good organization... promptness... friendliness

Achtung Falle! Wir wurden getäuscht. Auf dem Hinweg waren alle Shuttelbusse defekt. Auf dem Rückweg waren alle Mitarbeiter krank, sodass wir nochmal 50€ für ein Taxi ausgeben mussten. Zeitweise dachten wir unser Auto wurde geklaut. Letztendlich mussten wir das Auto von einem Parkplatz abholen der nicht besprochen war. SEHR SEHR schlechter Service!!!!!!

Beware of this trap! We were ripped off. On the way there, all the shuttle buses were out of service. On the way back, all the staff were sick, so we had to spend another €50 on a taxi. At one point, we thought our car had been stolen. In the end, we had to pick up the car from a parking lot that hadn't been agreed upon. VERY, VERY bad service!!!!!!

We have paid already and by the parking they asked another 15€ extra
10€ for the shuttle and 5€ extra person

Strange service.
I paid on the website. I went to the upper floor of the parking lot following the signs.
When I had to leave, I had to pay at the parking meter. The phone number was not answered. No one serves you. Simple hourly parking. Complete mess. I paid twice on the website and at the parking meter
I want a refund for the payment on the website.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

If you want stress-free travel, forget this company! (Sky Blue Parking - Frankfurt ) Even handing over the car was very problematic. They can only pick up the phone after four to five calls. We arrived a little earlier and were told that it is not possible to drop off the car earlier. After waiting, we called again at the agreed time, and after a long wait, we had to ask them to take over the car at least three times. Finally, after waiting for 40-50 minutes, the receiver arrived, so we almost missed the plane. As others have also experienced, the delivery was carried out by an unknown-looking person without any documentation, inspection or verification.

Getting the car back was even more difficult, our plane was delayed, and then they asked us why we didn't tell them that our plane was delayed. In the end, after waiting for an hour and a half, we got the car back, which was parked 10 minutes away by the airport. Of course, we were also asked for the nightly pick-up fee, but we did not receive any information about it in the e-mail beforehand.

They are not helpful at all, on the contrary, and everything is your "fault"... I do not recommend it to anyone! Never again sky blue....

luckily our car didn't have extra mileage, but they certainly use the other parked cars as their own shuttle
