Unprofessional staff and car returned very dirty - it's cheap for a reason, but would've paid more for peace of mind next time

Good communication between Parkos and me but seemingly little communication between Parkos and Rose Parking. Result being we were left waiting around 45 minutes for the return of our car in a cold and gloomy environment.

Very bad experience never will park with them.too far away in forest guy there was rude.

This is not a car park, but rather spam. It is very dirty, with not enough spaces, and looks like a scrap yard. There is a very high risk that your car will be damaged.

On the way to the car park, we called the place 20 minutes before arriving, as required. The person who answered the phone was very rude and clearly uninformed. We were told that we would be charged an additional £20 because we were more than 1 hour late (1 hour and 15 minutes). Upon arrival, the staff member was again rude, in a rush, and used the opportunity to charge £2.50 per person each way for the shuttle service, even though the website clearly stated that the shuttle was free. This is FRAUD and should be reported to the authorities for cheating peopleWhen we arrived, there was only one bus taking people to the airport. We arrived 2 hours before our flight, but we almost missed it. We reached the airport at 13:20, and our flight was at 13:55.

The person in the office gave us a phone number to contact the boss, but he was also very rude and unprofessional during the call. He shouted at my husband, which was completely unacceptable.

When we came back from our holiday, the bus could not take all of us to the parking lot. The driver from SGM Parking & Ride suggested that the people who were driving the cars could go with him to save time, and they can come back to collect the rest of the family. We agreed to this, but what about the £2.50 we paid for the transfer? We did not get our money back .On the way to the parking from the airport, the driver changed direction to pick up someone who works for the company.

It was great 👍 happy with most of things and services. Only thing I didn't like it customer services and and answering phone calls. Also they didn't bring the car back on time I called them they said 20 to 25 minutes but took them about 50 minutes to get car.

Was great experience stress free will use again

This is not a car park but is jungle, very dirty and no enough spaces, looks like was scrapped place, very high risk that your car will damage, we arrived and the guy was very rude, was in rush and used opportunity to charge £2.50 per person each way which showed at the website free shuttle but this is FRAUD and needs to report it to authority, cheating people. Night time very dark and loads of floor holes, I have never ever seen something like that in my life, very scary place. At our return the driver will call you every minute asking you to rush and be faster, giving you a huge distress. I will report this serious issue to authority because this is not professional business not even business leading it properly and we'll organised rather than cheating and ripping off the people for wrong place, wrong time and wrong handlers. BE AWARE EVEN IF IT IS FREE

Not a reflection of ParkOS but rather the client provided - GreenOaks. Despite clear booking time and phoning ahead to ensure accurate pick-up time, it does not appear they dispatched a driver until well after. Booking for 1830. Driver arrived at 1915. Also possibly fradulent as the instructions were to drop off at a nearby parking structure and be shuttled to the terminal but instead when phoned through, they asked to await a driver to receive the car at the drop-off by the terminal. All in all contributed to me missing my flight check in and later refused a refund. Again to stress, this is not a reflection of ParkOS itself which offers various options, but on this occasion, the option listed was not reliable - GreenOaks.

No no no !!!! The service is a joke, rudeness, nothing more. On site, it turns out that there is an additional fee of 25 pounds, the total is more expensive than at the airport itself. I waited 40 minutes for transport to the airport, and almost missed my plane. After returning, I found my car parked halfway in the bushes. IF YOU ARE AT LEAST A BIT SMART, DON'T USE THIS PARKING!!! I WILL NEVER FALL FOR IT AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Good attitude and prompt on picking and delivering the car

My first time and it was a great experience. No stress. Definitely worth the money and will definitely use them again.

Prompt service and good communication. The only thing is the extra shuttle service fee for each individual including a 4 year old should be seen more clearly on the website. Our car was safe and we will definetely use their service again.

Really good experience with Parkos and their man on the ground Danny.
Things that you may not be aware is that you need to pay the £10 entry and exit fees, however this is in the small print.
Danny was really friendly and we felt we were in good hands with him.
Car was ready for us on time both ways and would not hesitate to use again

Be careful of this robber people never even try park your car there when you i arrive from my trip they pick me up 40 minutes late and they drop me off 20 minutes far from mind terminal and driver was very very rude when I arrive at car park see see they used my car they have scrunchies my car aswell and top of all this when i was on holiday i let them know i well come back 5 days later than my time they says to me we gonna charge you £190 because you come back late and you didn't let as know wich is they lie i wish I can give them 0

Good location, quickly transfer to and from Airport.

Excellent service , prompt service and good communication. Just be aware you have £7.50 to pay on arrival and departure . Would use again certainly

I used their service for 2 days, got charged 38 plus 10 trip to the airport and back for 2 people. Everything was smooth got there on time like 13:00 , by 13:20 we were at the airport. At return they picked us after 15 minutes we called them. My car was safe because I worn them that if anything happened to my car they will pay for any damages. Happy with their service and I will use them again.
