They have dented my boot in 3 places

They have dented my boot in 3 places! I've emailed them 3 times and on the 2nd email they replied with a random photo (not where the dents are) of my car and called me Sir! I'm clearly Miss Jones and the pictures I send if the damage are now being ignored! I'm fuming and have spoken to my solicitor who will be sending them a letter for damages!

Miserable

Miserable, scuffed my car bumper, very rude and disrespectful driver, long wait in airport, very disappointed , don’t mind spending more next time and finding another place to park!!!

Dreadful

We had to wait for 55 minutes at Terminal 5 Heathrow for the car to be brought to us. When it did arrive it was filthy on the outside, covered in bird droppings and unidentifiable stains. The company have not so far responded to my email of complaint seeking a refund and I am about to take them to the small claims court.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Service

Our experience with this parking service was nothing short of a nightmare. The issues started before we even entered the airport, leaving us stressed and drained.

Excessive and Unjustified Fees: Upon arrival, we were hit with a £20 late fee and an additional £2.50 per person each way. For our family of five, this meant an unexpected charge of £45 (£20 for being "late" and £25 to cover transportation to and from the airport). This was already frustrating, but the worst was yet to come.

Unbelievable Early Pickup Fee: When we returned to pick up our car, they demanded another £45, claiming it was for an "early pickup" fee—something we had never heard of and had even emailed about beforehand, receiving assurance that it wouldn't be an issue. Late fees are understandable, but an early pickup fee? That’s outrageous.

Refusal to Return Car Keys: Despite having already paid, we refused to pay this additional, unjustified charge. Shockingly, they refused to return our car keys until we threatened to involve the police. Only then did they agree to let us pay just £20 and return our keys. This situation escalated to the point where another customer also got involved, leading to a physical altercation.

This was hands down the most mind-blowing experience we've ever had with a service. We will never use this parking service again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. And not to mention we had to wait outside for 15 minutes as they were dropping off customers to the airport. If you’re a person who runs late do not rely on this service.

Used parkos for my recent trip

Used parkos for my recent trip, very reasonable priced, staff were friendly and professional, the shuttle to and from the airport was brilliant. Can't fault them, my car was waiting for me on return to drive away.
Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I made my booking with Parkos for three…

I made my booking with Parkos for three days. During my journey there was an accident on the motorway which made me an hour late. I contacted the number given and the driver told me I would be charged £20 extra for being late and if it got to 6pm I would go down as a no show. I informed the driver that due to the state of the traffic my sat nav said I would arrive at 18:05. I was told I would lose my space and could do nothing about it and was urged to call the head office. I did so in an attempt to change my arrival time and they wouldn’t do it and I actually arrived at 18:03 and I had lost my space and they took my money. Absolute disgrace of a service literally stole my money and told me there’s nothing I can do about it. Gave them
Plenty of notice and tried to make the necessary adjustments to my booking but they wouldn’t allow me. DISGUSTING!

I had booked my parking for 12 days…

I had booked my parking for 12 days which ends on 7 /8/2024 , but due to an emergency I had to end my journey earlier. I used my parking for 6 days only. I tried to contact parkos many times to get a refund with no response at all . No phone number. Nothing.
Very disappointing.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE!
We booked with parkos to park at ParkBee Orega near Gatwick airport in June - whole experience was smooth and we thought great! as we travel from gatwick monthly.

So did the exact same thing for a trip last week, money taken out of my account when I booked 3 weeks ago, confirmation email as expected. We arrive at arranged time to barrier and as it is all managed via email, when clicked 'manage barriers here' to open the gate, it said 'error, call ...'
So we called the number provided, which was a ParkBee staff member who said Parkos never sent our booking over and that we would have to contact them and he wouldnt let us in. Car Park was full so couldnt even make a new booking. It was 5am & Parkos CS is horrendous and customer service doesnt open until working hours and no after hour contact number... We were panicking and managed to luckily get parking at Gatwick Long Stay but as you can imagine we paid peak airport prices as a result. We cut it really close with our flight & it really ruined our morning and nearly our entire holiday, I dont know what we would have done if the aiport parking was full.
The company is a nightmare to try get into contact with. Their phone system doesn't work properly. They refunded us our money but refused to give any compensation or complimentary parking which is a joke. They also blamed it on the microsoft glitch yet we booked and paid and had confirmation etc weeks ago... LOL. Sad to say they have lost a customer now that would've used them monthly.

Avoid SMG

Booked parking through Parkos and went to SMG Stansted.
Instructions were to call 20 mims before arrival, which we did. However, when we arrived, there was no one there. We waited 10 mins then rang again, we were told they were on their way. They finally arrived and we went into the shabby office to hand over keys. We were then hit with an extra charge per person. As we were now running behind schedule, I didnt have time to dispute it, and so paid.

The van we travelled in was in need of some tlc, and fell far short of normal taxi standards.

On return, we waited 30 mins to be picked up from the airport.

Not impressed with this company at all. The staff are rude and unfriendly, the service unprofessional and the hidden extra charges are crazy.

Do yourself a favour and avoid them, use Purple Parking or Jet Parks where they actually value their customers and give good service, along with not ripping you off.
