Park Plus Airport Parking Reviews 

The directions would greatly benefit from a visual sketch or overhead of the last two turns - writing directions are confusing and street signs are either not visible or impossible to read. The shuttle driver - despite repeated statements of the airline name - took us to the wrong terminal - fortunately we had ample time but it was no fun. However the car was well cared for, the pick-up on our return was pretty timely and directions to return to the NJ Turnpike were accurate.

Everyone was so nice and they are really professional. I love parking there.

The Park Plus team is always courteous and easy to deal with. They get you to the airport quickly and efficiently and your shuttle and car are always ready upon your return. It's the only part of flying that I look forward to.

This is the best pace by far to park. I have looked at the other places around the airport to park, found park plus and just said to my self I'm home. The employee's greeted me as I pulled up, took my luggage from me and my passenger, and off went. Upon arrival from my trip, I called them within 2 minutes they were there ,picked us up and we were back on the road again to home. You can try the rest then save the best for last...

I have used Park Plus a number of times and have always been satisfied with their service. Have in the past and will continue to recommend using them to people I know.

I now always use Park Plus for my business and pleasure travel. The attendants are courteous and efficient. I love that they park your car, you car is waiting for you on your return and it is 5 minutes to the airport.

Honestly this is the most seamless parking experience you can have for parking near Newark Airport (EWR). Hands down. If I could nitpick, I wish they would upgrade that daggone scanner that scans your ticket after you pay so that you can leave the lot.

The staff was so helpful to unload my car and had my car ready when we returned.

This is my go to place when I fly out of JFK. Usually very professional and no problems. This time I got a lot of friction from the office staff. After a long flight back from England I called to get a pick up and was told "the driver is on the way." I waited 20 minutes to call again and this time was told "He is on his way" in a very snotty voice. After I got back to the office I attempted to use a coupon for a day off I received directly from Park Plus and was told that they would not accept this because it wasn't done before the booking. I DID call before I traveled and was told to just have the office count it after I got back. She refused to believe me and said "that is not the way it works" I told her it was her own company staff that said to handle it this way. She was very dismissive and told me no again. I said I would take it up the next day by phone. I did and the woman at corporate revised my bill immediately. Good ending that could have been dealt with, with a better "customer service"outcome.

Well run company - friendly, courteous staff. I've used them many times and will continue to use them for my trips to the islands from JFK.

On the way from airport, person picking up was very unproffesional, providing confusing information, verbaly unapropriet.He left our lagage on the end without helping and turn his back on ,living lagage in the car. If i have to expirience this again so no thank you i will take a taxie.

We always park here when we fly out of Newark. The people are friendly and they are right on the ball. Nobody wants to wait around when you get off the plane, you just want to get home and with this company you don't have to wait long. We use the one by the Haynes bridge.

The parking lot was secure, the staff was courteous and professional, and the price was the best of any of the area lots.

This was my first time using Park Plus but it WILL NOT be my last. My overall experience using Park Plus was excellent. I pulled up and jumped right on a shuttle to the airport. When I returned, I called as instructed and by the time I walked to the shuttle pickup it was already there. When I got back to my car it was already pulled up with the trunk open ready for me to load my luggage, pay, and leave. All done in about five minutes time. I never got home from the airport so fast and conveniently.

from the first pulled into the park place till we picked up the car the experience was good - everyone was friendly and the drivers were very professional. Would definitely use them again ...
