Parking rules - Failure to disclose rules

We had hotel stays at Four Points Sheraton Airport at the beginning and end of our trip. I was told we would be allowed 7 days of parking for each night stayed for a total of 14 days. Our trip totaled 9 days. Upon return and departure, we were hit for $52.50 of parking charges for 2 extra days. When I inquired, they deferred to “Metropolis” parking. Metropolis told me they limit to 7 days per total visit. I feel scammed. They do not disclose the details of the parking anywhere that can be clearly understood.

SCAM!! PARKANDSLEEP, Aloft Philadelphia

SCAM!!! Stay away.
Never book from them, you'll end up paying way more than what you think you booked for.
We booked the Aloft in Philadelphia with parking included.
They have an automated parking system (Metropolis is the name of the company handling parking, nobody at the gate) and they will charge you for parking based on when you entered, unless you have the hotel invoice showing that you have paid for parking. But Aloft invoice did not show the parking was paid, only Park and Sleep. They kept throwing the ball at each others. Smart for them because none of the 3 (park and sleep, Aloft, Metropolis) really had an incentive to sort it out, they all end up making way more money than what they advertise, and you end up paying.
Don't use them!!!! UNRELIABLE

WORST WEBSITE TO BOOK ON

WORST WEBSITE TO BOOK ON. Way too much FALSE ADVERTISING. They advertise $149 for the hotel and parking package and say you need 3 extra days of parking which they say is $10 per day but on there website it says upto 14 days of free parking which is false advertising. Soo your charged $191 for the room/parking and $50 dollars for taxes and fees and than they never tell you what the $50 in taxes and fees are for and when you go pick up your vehicle from parking your hit with another $45. If you call Customer Service your on hold fr 7 1/2 minutes and you only can leave them a message but they never will call you back. What a disappointment this was for me on parksleephotels

No one takes any accountability

I had booked hotel room and parking through ParkSleep Hotels for Aloft Airport Hotel in Philadelphia. My arrival at the hotel was on 6/13/2025 with checkout on 6/14 and I would pick up my vehicle on 6/22. Upon review of my billing statement, I noticed two charges $115.20 which both posted on 6/16/2025. I had updated my travel plans and cancelled the reservations I no longer needed. The cancellations all occurred “prior to 4pm, 24 hours prior to arrival or date of parking which ever came first” as per ParkSleep Hotels policy. I have attempted on at least four occasions to call the hotel and speak to the manager Chris Jones, leaving multiple messages on his voicemail and to date he has not responded to any of my calls. I submitted a claim against the fraudulent charge and received a determination that I did not cancel in enough time despite the policy. I did not have any other reservations that were open.
I have also reached out to Carrie at ParkSleep Hotels who have made multiple contacts without a response and states its Aloft that needs to reimburse me. I called Marriott customer service toll free number without an agreeable solution.

Took our money but no reservation was made.

ParkSleepHotels service but never made a reservation for our hotel. We ended up having to book the hotel at the front desk after trying (with no success) to contact ParkSleep. Not only did my calls go to voicemail, but they never returned my call. From now on I will contact the hotel directly. No reason to go through this third party, especially since all they do is take money and not deliver.

Charged me $150 for the shadiest hotel…

Charged me $150 for the shadiest hotel ever (didn't realize it was bad until I got there).

They said they offer a shuttle service to the airport (was going to leave my car while traveling) and when I got there I found out there was no shuttle.

Tried to contact them to atleast get my Uber covered, they have since ghosted me.

Just book your hotels yourself, don't use parksleephotels.com.

I wouldn’t even give it a star

I wouldn’t even give it a star. It’s fraudulent. I booked a room with parking. I couldn’t get there until 11:30 pm. Hotel did not have our reservation. Surrounding hotels were already booked. I paid 150$ more just to find a place to sleep. They won’t answer the phone or return any emails or phone calls.

Horrible hotel experience on parksleepfly and no contact info for parksleepfly to report them

First of all, I have booked thru parksleepfly many times over the past decade. Why can't I contact parksleepfly anymore? And, why can't I leave a review regarding my stay anymore?
Howard Johnson's at DTW, stayed on Aug 16 for my vacation from the 17-21. Booked with parksleepfly. PROBLEM: Horrible horrible front desk person. Would sleep in my car before I ever stayed at this hotel again. This guy has the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! 😡 If I could give this hotel a minus for customer service, I would, but there's no option. Parksleepfly should get this hotel off their page immediately! I have left a detailed review of the hotel on their facebook page. The check-in guy was rude, disrespectful, blatantly lied and was condescending to me. If he worked for me, I'd fire him on the spot. I should be able to contact parksleepfly about my awful experience, but it doesn't seem to be possible to contact them anymore. It should be mandatory for an online business to supply a working email and phone number. I'm not sure as I will deal with them again simply because of the lack of accountability on their end anymore.

Who deserves more blame - ParkSleepHotels or Holiday Inn?

On July 18, I booked online (#205096) with ParkSleepHotels and received a confirmation for Holiday Inn Express West: check-in Aug. 2, check-out Aug. 3, car pick-up Aug. 18, 2024.

On the afternoon of July 31-- 14 days later and just two days before my flight-- I got an email indicating my reservation had been cancelled successfully "because they are sold out" of rooms for that date.

I called and left a message for ParkSleepHotels (heavy call traffic). They never called me back.

I contacted Holiday Inn West directly. They told me they've been sold out for weeks and there's nothing they can do for me. I expressed my frustration and suggested they might rethink their relationship with the company.

Turns out it was Gen Con weekend, and there were no rooms available anywhere. I'll bet they sold my room to a higher bidder. So poorly played. So much unnecessary stress. How can you sit on an error for two weeks???

Any company can make a mistake, but at least call, explain the situation, and try to make it right by booking me elsewhere or giving me a discount or something. I relied on ParkSleepHotels and Holiday Inn to my own detriment.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Our company offered a trip to Costa Rica, and I made the travel arrangements. Booked 4 rooms through ParkSleep Hotels. The day before the trip I received an email that one of the rooms is cancelled- no reason. So I went online and rebooked the room through the hotel website. 5 hours later I receive an email saying that two of the other rooms have been cancelled. I called the hotel, and learned that ParkSleep did not contact them to reserve the rooms until the day they cancelled, the day before our trip. The hotel is now sold out, and I have to find somewhere to reserve for the two remaining rooms. I called and left a message at the ParkSleep number after I received the first cancellation, with no response. They were overwhelmed with calls and could not take mine. Hmm. Probably a lot of other unhappy customers calling.

Confirmation showed a bogus price

Confirmation showed a price, with non-refundable deposit that was MORE THAN DOUBLED by the hotel. Did have sense to confirm the reservation independently, so we had a room, but the hotel was unresponsive to my complaints. No luck so far contacting support at parksleephotels. Room rate AND daily parking rate was grossly misrepresented online.

Worse, the hotel overcharged for our parking - in advance - but they are part of reputable chain, so I'm confident we can resolve that.

I was rushed, saw what I wanted to see online and took the bait. Would advise extreme caution dealing with this operation. They got away with a booking fee, so limited damage. Hotel has much to answer for.

Their customer hours are wrong

Their customer hours are wrong, said thy total for a hotel was $188 but the confirmation from the hotel was $230. Tried to get in touch with customer service but they were closed during stated business hours. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not impressed

Not impressed. Had to cancel, tried to call the # to cancel, but it says to stay on line for directory assistance which costs $4.99, or call #2030 on mobile. I ended up contacting the hotel directly, who had the reservation under Sunno Inc. And had not received the deposit that was charged to my credit card. I have contacted my bank to have them reported and charges blocked and reversed.

STAY AWAY

I booked a park and stay at a Holiday Inn, I went online and canceled my reservation over a week before my expected arrival and the site did not cancel my booking. I was then charged for one night stay as a no show and I am not getting anywhere with parksleephotels or the hotel itself. If I could give this site a zero I would.

So like others have said

So like others have said, when you book and then show up at the hotel, they have no record of your reservation and need to create another one for you. It takes time - time you do not have unless you are on track to arrive at the airport 3-4 hours before your flight. I saw two charges on my credit card as soon as we got through security at the airport. Either the receptionist at the hotel did not know what they were doing or the duplicate charge is a way to try to get more money. I’ll be disputing one if they both remain after the trip.

Either way, due to the hassle and needing to show them the reservation confirmation on your phone and still have to provide a credit card to “pay” for the reservation that you booked online, not to mention manually writing down the make/model/license plate of your vehicle, we’ll pay the extra $25 bucks and park at an actual parking place near the airport.

This site is a joke

This site is a joke. I booked a hotel with parking for a week through this site. Had a confirmation number and everything. I booked the hotel in June. When I got to the hotel they informed me I should have not even been able to book a room there, as the hotel had been closed since November. When I contacted parksleeps they said they canceled my reservation in July. When I said I never received any such information the person became rude and said it wasn't her fault and maybe it just never actually got to my email. This would have been probable except for the fact that I got an email the day after I was supposed to stay that had the cancellation on it. And then they claim they don't know how that happened either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE SITE!!!! Book directly .

This company is no good

This company is no good. Please do not book with them. Our trip was canceled and our email confirmation was not readable at all, so try and use the section to cancel and it requires information that’s not on the confirmation letter. I have sent the several emails explaining the reason for the cancellation and refund. It has gone unanswered and the automated respond states, “ all customer service agent will respond as soon as possible. We are currently handling a higher than usual amount of customer inquiries. We appreciate your patience and understanding.“ Still no reply. Don’t waste your time.
