Helpful staff. Needs to work on email updates for order tracking/status.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with placing my order. However, I was promised I would receive email updates regarding the status along the way. I never received them and had to follow up a few times. Once I was connected with a different contact, I began to receive better service.

Tip and Roll Bleacher Order
