Poor communication throughout
Poor communication throughout servicing. Have been three times & told they would give the car a ‘complimentary valet’ & every single time this was not done.
High pricing on suggested fixes.

I would like to start by thanking your customer service team for their politeness and helpful assistance during my recent visit. The service experience itself was very pleasant.
However, upon reviewing my invoice, I noticed a charge for a car wash. Prior to the service, I was asked if I would like my car washed, and I specifically mentioned that it was already clean and that I did not request a wash. Furthermore, the car was not washed during the service.
Given the situation, I believe this charge was included by mistake. Could you please review the invoice and arrange a refund or an adjustment for the unrequested fee?

Fantastic customer care and service from Jordan the Sales Manager. Following a major software update which knocked out the reversing camera on my ID Buzz my local VW dealership was unable to solve the problem, despite having the vehicle some three weeks. At a loss as to how to resolve the problem I contacted VW Parkway Northampton from whom I’d purchased the vehicle from 10 months earlier. Having explained my dilemma to Jordan he was extremely helpful and offered to try and resolve the problem under my warrantee. Having dropped the vehicle off Jordan rang me within a hour to tell me the camera was reinstated and back up and running! Brilliant services from Jordan and the Technical Team. I’d highly recommend VW Parkway Northampton for the excellent service they provide.

Service was on the phone
Service was on the phone. No interaction. We’re not the best I’ve dealt with over the years. We’re stand offish. Getting info was like drawing teeth.
Result won’t go there again also fed up of e mails telling me they have 800 used cars for sale but no space for customers to park at the dealers.

Great no pressure test drive with Josh
I was feeling a little anxious about doing a test drive but Josh was brilliant. He put me at ease from the start. He'd listened well to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about all the cars I was considering. And unlike some other places there was no hard sell at the end.
