I've recently purchased a used car from Parkway Volkswagen in Kettering. I already knew the make and model I required and how I would purchase the vehicle. Upon enquiry I found the salesman to be both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I hadnt bought a car for nearly 5 years and wasnt relishing the whole process, I wanted it done quickly with no additional sales pitch or 'hard sell' of something I didnt want or need. Tom, the advisor I dealt with made the whole process exactly how I wanted it to be, a huge thankyou, we got the whole thing done swiftly and effortlessly, no fuss, no messing. Top notch service.

Service book not stamped on first visit for Service and mot alleged technician didn't do mot saying it would fail took it straight to kwik fit then said we wouldn't fail it give advice to change tyres got new tyres tools it back for mot you fail it again so much for for you vehicle health check all good on that apart from tyres then you find suspension arms mot fail and charge me £780 to replace I feel you've had my pants down on this after years of using parkway don't think I'll be back well over priced

First service on my VW car
Had my first service carried out on my car by vw parkway riverside and can honestly say they were exellent .
The booking process was very easy and they kept me informed of progress throughout the day , liked the idea of dropping the key in a locker on the premises when arriving avoiding any unnecessary waiting.
When picking up finished vehicle they even gave it a complimentary wash and clean inside.Staff were friendly and helpfull . Overall I was

I am saying following over the top of my head because I have already given my feedback
So I am repeating again what I said earlier I had a chance of 20 % off my price but I could not because I had already agreed with a plan but was not given the opportunity but 20%off had applied when it came to pay time
And like I said in my first feedback with 20% off I had two nephews birthdays could have been a treat.

Wanted my car collected from my parents house and MOT and servicing. Staff were very good I rang them with questions and were very helpful. I would like to mention the driver Colin who was very helpful when he returned the car to my parents house. My mother had an issue with the payment on line and both Colin and I think it was Megan and one other Amanda. Were all helpful

I recently came and brought a vehicle from yourselves, the sales assistant was Joshua Hunt. Joshua’s customer service was absolutely outstanding, he made sure I knew all the functions of the vehicle and that I was happy. The service from start to finish was very smooth, with no stress or unanswered questions. On collection day, Joshua made sure I was still happy with the vehicle and reassured me that if there happens to be any issues for whatever reason, I can pop back in and he’s more than happy to help.
