Do not work here!
Let's start with staff pay. We get minimum wage as a lifeguard ,the people who can safe your life get paid minimum wage. They leave you on poolside for over 3 and a half hours. The management are so disorganized in most centres aswell. Atleast the centres are clean but then again it is mainly the lifeguards that do all the cleaning.

Parkwood leisure own several sites up …
Parkwood leisure own several sites up and down the country and I can honestly say I've never visited a bad one. Currently use the leisure centre in Penzance and the gym has everything I need. The staff have helped me achieve my goals. Friendly and motivating!

New Rushcliffe arena
Having suffered the old arena , attending alternatives whilst the new gym was built. I am sad to say I wish we had kept the old building . Yes the facilities are great! plenty of equipment , light airy. However if you want to do group exercise forget it! Classes overbooked, rooms to small and that is if you can actually get on them. they have no problems taking your money each month , that system works but the bit about delivering on classes does not. Nice gym , good facilities but class structure booking and rooms very poor. Try somewhere else if this is what you want from a gym, to actually go to some of the group activities!
