Let us down a the last minute, says one thing to one customer and does the opposite. Wouldn't recommend . To to clarify no one shouted at your wife, so that is untrue . Also you were going to move us and not the previous booking . I mention about a deposit and you decline .
So do not try a twist words

Cannot recommend Parnaby Removals enough. First used them in 2020 and now in 2026 with many more belongings to move! They made it all look easy and they were helpful regarding a bit of uncertainty about key release times. What stood out most is the good craic from everyone involved and a bit of humour during what could have been a stressful day. Thanks.

I chose Parnaby Removals and Storage because the company already had good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Our move was effected very efficiently and professionally by three hardworking and good-humoured removal men who took great care of our belongings. We could see they knew exactly what they were doing and they made a very stressful day much easier.

The team was incredible - arrived on time and packed up all of our stuff within 20 minutes. They carried big and clunky furniture carefully without hitting walls and were very friendly throughout. When there were issues with the storage unit they were delivering to, they went above and beyond, carrying all of our stuff much further than we’d anticipated and were really understanding. Finally, they packed all of our stuff away expertly, making the most of the limited space, so that everything remained accessible and nothing was being crushed. I cannot recommend them enough! Paul was very communicative throughout the process and a really lovely man to deal with - worth every penny!

Parnaby's have recently helped us move home. I was out of the country during the move so my wife was left with the stress of a home move herself. The removal lads were spot on though and made the day as stress free as possible. Their prices are very good and with a fantastic level of service provided to go with it, I would highly recommend to anyone moving home.

Parnabys helped move me from Middlesbrough to Cumbria, with use of their storage facility in between. I contacted three removal firms - one never got back to me and the other wouldn't come round to give a quote (Personally, I think that is important) but Anthony came round and was very thorough with his quote.
Harry, Tom and Danny were exceptional - extremely customer focused and a great working team. They made moving a pleasure. Please ask for this team when using Parnabys.
I did encounter some problems - one was a van breaking down which was no fault of Parnabys but the team were ready to put in a late shift to get me moved on the same day. My washing machine door was damaged in the process (apparently this is quite common) but I spoke to Anthony and his wife about it and Anthony paid for the repairs. Please, if you have any issues, speak to Anthony or Jane about it - they are very approachable and very keen to show their company in a positive light.
If there is any constructive feedback to be given, it is only that I was left in the dark about an arrival time on coming out of storage (I was unaware that the van had broken down). I felt a quick phone call in that respect would have been most welcome!
Thank you Parnaby team - you pulled out all the stops in a difficult circumstance and listened to and acknowledged my feedback. And you could do worse than handing the baton over to Harry on your retirement, he is an asset to your company.

Huge shout out to Tom and Harry who recently moved my parents from the North East 150 miles down to Derbyshire. Superb service from start to finish - punctual, friendly and efficient, all of which served to make the whole removal process from initial order to completion, smooth and relatively stress free. Great company to deal with and would highly recommend - thankyou.

We have just experienced 2 days of stress free moving from our house due to the efficient meticulous work carried out by Harry Tom Dan and Mickey. There humour politeness kept us going over the days with the occasional cup of tea or two. We have moved in our lives over ten times and this was the easiest we have experienced. Thank you to you all and see you when we find a home to move into.

Used Parnaby Removals recently for my parents house move and would highly recommend them. Competitive price. The guys were friendly, quick, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. My mother has health issues and they were sensitive and understanding of this, making sure she had somewhere to sit until the end and it was the first thing they sorted in their new house. Although not cheap, it makes a house move so much easier and less stressful to pay for removals

I just wanted to take the time to review the fantastic service received by Harry and the team we had on Friday 7th June. The team were extremely professional and all care and attention was made to the safe transportation of our home, I would highly recommend from both a competitive pricing point of view but mostly for their brilliant service.

The two lads worked well together and had the van packed up in no time at all. They were friendly , polite and very patient especially the latter as there was a time delay in getting my keys at the other end.
