I bought 2 items from them on ebay and they never been posted.
They don't even reply snd never refund.
Unprofessional and scammer.

Have taken money from my bank account, don't answer my mail about refund. Its scam!!!!

I ordered a set of wiper blades and then read the reviews which did concern me; maybe I wouldn't get the parts. How wrong was I. The parts arrived exactly on time and Partbusters sent me several emails explaining where my order was in the system. The price was very competitive too. I commend the company for their excellent service. Oh, and BTW I have no connection with them!

Where goods are offered for sale to consumers they must have their price clearly indicated and be inclusive of VAT. This is controlled by the Price Marking Order 2004, which applies to goods only and is limited to sales between traders and consumers.

Bought 3 filters and, my bad, I made a mistake.
I sent 2 of them back, I paid for the return and apologised.
Received a refund for only one of them and, when questioned, I received this anser:

"two items you opened two return cases we can only refund each item individually since you opened two returns making us pay for two return postage in the future when making your purchase online please ask if the items are correct first."

1. They didn't pay for any return, as I did.
2. In response to any other message after this I received only a "Yes" as answer. Very immature behaviour.

I ended asking eBay to step in to resolve.

The right part at a very good price. Well wrapped and delivered on time.
I'll recommend them.

This company is a SCAM ordered parts took payment never delivered or answered my calls -DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They use fake reviews on eBay to look good! I ordered a Kia front wing part never got delivered! Luckily I got a refund through eBay! I will be reporting to trading standards! They don’t accept calls or emails!

I tried to contact this company several times via eBay messenger regarding a replacement body panel for my Renault Master minibus. When that failed, several telephone calls were made at various times of the day and none were answered. Finally, I sent an image of my vehicle and highlighted the panel I wanted, accompanied with one simple question, "will this fit?" Guess what, no reply. This company is a joke!

SCAM company! No communication! Item shipped after 2 weeks. Parts cannot be verified on the manufacturer's website ( QR code ) because they are FAKE. Be careful what you buy!

Late delivery of part. When the part arrived via ebay there was a washer missing which rendered the component useless. No response to my emails via ebay. Eventually returned part for a hopeful refund. Not good customer service :(

Awful company. Bought an item from their ebay shop and it states they dispatch in 1 working day with a 48 hour courier. Not the case at all. 7 days to dispatch. Ordered on 18 Nov and due on the 30 Nov. Messaged them and got a very arrogant guy called Simon who basically couldn't care less. Refused to issue a refund so I could source a quicker supplier

Ordered a part through Ebay front bumper for my Polo Gti which they said they had in stock which was a lie and 2 weeks later I called them and they said "its has just arrived I was going to call you" !! The bumper was sent direct to the paint shop working on my car and all the all the paperwork said it was the correct bumper so they painted it and removed my old bumper to fit.The bumper does not even fit as the fixing brackets are not in the same place for my car so I contacted them and they basically to me to get lost as the bumper had now been painted ( THE BUMPER THAT IS NOT EVEN FOR MY CAR ).I informed them about the trade descriptions act and as they are selling parts that don't fit and they were not bothered in the slightest.I will be taking this up with Trading Standards.

I was in contact with Suleman Hussain regarding an enquiry for my car and his customer service was very good. He immediately put my advice at ease with honest advice, rather than many tradesmen in the auto industry who look to rip people off. Will definately do business with Suleman and his company and refer onward. Top bloke and good company.

Ordered a part and it was spot on. Excellent service and quick delivery. Before it was only body panels now they do almost all part for the car and are way cheaper and of good quality than competitors. Highly recommended.

Part arrived next day . I would definitely order from this company again . Very pleased with service.

unfortunatelly parts dosnt fit ,contacting customer service by email no respond till todays date 14/10/2021

Unhappy, ordered 2 front wings for my Kia and they sent different year, different mark. Message them, they promise to send the the proper wings that I need and collect the other ones, 14 days delivery return policy passed long time ago... I call them, no answer! I message them on WhatsApp, they send me to call someone else... Poor service!

Bashed car wing badly and ordered from Partbusters.Simple to do and delivery excellent.
