I got the wrong drive line

I got the wrong drive line. I called they told me to keep the wrong drive line which fit the front of my Ranger. They refunded the money. Sent me new one charge me for the drive line and shipping. Tough to beat that!!! Customer service was great to help me.

Poor Product quality experience

The customer service was fine as always however the condition of the clutch was less than satisfactory. It was improperly assembled and was seized due to corrosion on the moving sheave. In addition, the one cover retaining screw was stripped. I run a repair shop and needed this for a customers ATV. I was left with no choice but to repair the clutch to make it serviceable. There was no time to wait for a warranty replacement. Overall I have good luck with your products however this wasn’t the case for this latest purchase. It has left me somewhat reluctant to order again.

I called in for the part. The person was sociable treated me well. I received the parts the next morning. I have ordered parts twice and have had the same experience both times. Thank you.
