I placed my order and thought I was using some points to redeem and offset the cost of our purchase. I did not see the difference in the transaction and suspected I may have not correctly entered some info. I have tried this cologne, the smell is rancid and I have requested the return of my funds on the 30 day return policy and they wanted me to select another product and sent me the catalog. I said no thanks just refund my money and nothing!

You are correct that the formula does have a slight tint to it. For the best results, we recommend applying only a very small amount, about the size of a grain of rice, under each eye and gently tapping the product into the skin rather than rubbing it in. Using less product typically helps prevent discoloration and allows the formula to better adjust to your natural skin tone as it sets.
A mild tightening or tingling sensation can also happen initially as the product dries, but it should not feel overly uncomfortable.
We’d definitely encourage giving it another try using a smaller amount and the tapping method, and if you still aren’t happy with the results, our team would be more than happy to help further at support@particleformen.com.

I use the Particle Anti-Aging Face…
I use the Particle Anti-Aging Face Cream and Shaving gel along with the Anti-Gray Serum, all of which I like.
I recently tried the Gravite cologne but I am very sensitive to certain fragrances with some causing slight headaches, and unfortunately Gravite triggered that response.
With that said, Customer Service rapidly facilitated a refund for me.
Overall, being a business owner myself, I would give Particle a 5 star rating.

I enjoy the product and the wife can see positive results. On shipping however, the shipping company left the package at a neighbors residence. A $9.00 surprise in my package that was promised was not in the package. Overall the shipping was quick.
