Cannot access my checking acct

Cannot access my checking acct. Have ssc brew phone number Th hat means my sccot access is blocked. Have called and tried to fix. Was given a complicated solution to NO effect. LCL is too big and service people these cdays are unqualified.

Horrible service charges 60 euros de maintenance inexistnte sur mon compte et le jour ou je veux faire un transfer on me charge 18 euros et ils font une erreur alors qu'ils n'avaient qu'a copier coller les details banquaires que je leur ai donné. credit lyonnais nulles profiteurs et incompetents.

Arnaque complète d'une banque.

Un de leurs clients a acheté un article via mon site Web. Utilisation de la bonne carte bancaire, adresse de facturation et de livraison identiques, etc.

Le client m'a même envoyé un e-mail à propos de l'article qu'il a acheté.

Au bout d'un mois, le client a déclaré qu'il n'avait jamais reçu l'article et a réclamé une fraude sur son compte.

J'ai montré à cette banque une preuve de livraison, des e-mails de clients, une preuve sur Facebook qu'il en a publié des images, ainsi qu'une preuve qu'il l'a vendu et expédié à quelqu'un d'autre.

Cette excuse d'une banque, a mis le cas dans leur décision d'escroquerie de clients.

Ma société et ma famille et non sans plus de 1100 € et l'article, en raison des échecs de cette excuse d'une banque

Complete scam of a bank.

One of their customers purchased an item through my website. Use of the correct credit card, identical billing and delivery address, etc.

The customer even emailed me about the item he purchased.

After a month, the customer said he never received the item and claimed fraud on his account.

I showed this bank proof of delivery, customer emails, proof on Facebook that he posted pictures of it, and proof that he sold and shipped it to someone else.

This excuse from a bank, put the case in their decision to defraud customers.

My company and my family are now without more than 1100 € and the product, due to the failures of this excuse from a bank..

The worst bank I have ever used

The worst bank I have ever used. Rude and inefficient. They call you and even refuse their name! They recently took out 142.80e for the annual Charge of my card. When I asked for it to be refunded and charged monthly I’ve had to chase that charge. Due to this experience I decided to cancel their Premier card, as they left ne with no confidence that if I needed to claim they’d treat it efficiently. Instead of ordering a new card Cleo first they’ve cancelled the Premier and left me with NO card at all. I’m so sick of their incompetence I am going to change banks. You make a complaint and the Director of that branch comes out and starts shouting and shows aggression. Three times I’ve called Service Clients who have achieved nothing. I’ve written a complaint to the President Mathieu Michel but I doubt that will even have any effect. Steer clear choose another bank because these people clearly by these reviews and star rates don’t deserve your loyalty. Seven years and I’ll take my business elsewhere

LCL thieves credit card refunds from customers

If LCL’s automat ejects €50 too much & I keep it, I can be prosecuted.
LCL received a €51 cancelled flight refund to my (closed) student mastercard and didn’t notify me.
I discovered this months later. 6 letters over 9 months to LCL have not produced the desired outcome.
How many other customers’ credit card refunds has LCL failed to return to customers less vigilant or determined than me?
Who has benefited from these corrupt practices?
This is, quite simply, corporate theft, and the European Banking Authority must take action.

Poor service

I have been a customer of Credit Lyonnais for about 20 years to pay the bills for a second home in France. Even by the mediocre standards of the French banking system, Credit Lyonnais charge a lot for very little.

Stay away from LCL

Stay away from LCL - Le Crédit Lyonnais
On October 9th I made a reclamation because my ex bank advisor -Mr. Nicolas DEGOUL- had stolen my money and one employee hadn't closed my account when I asked her, reason why I was debited with card maintenance fees. So I received an automatic email saying:
"Mademoiselle,
Votre réclamation a été enregistrée sous le N° 202010090102. Tout est mis en œuvre pour vous apporter une réponse dans les meilleurs délais*.
Bien cordialement.
LCL"
On October 16th I wrote them back to ask them for a feedback. So I got this message back:
"Mademoiselle,
L’étude de votre réclamation N° 202010090102 nécessite un délai complémentaire.
Tout est mis en œuvre pour vous apporter une réponse dans les meilleurs délais.
Merci de votre compréhension.
Bien cordialement.
LCL"
I said OK...As on Oct. 31st I hadn't any response, I wrote them back asking for news regarding my reclamation. Nothing. No answer. On Nov. 24th I wrote them back. And today, Dec. 12th, I still got no answer from them.
Very untruthful bank. I don't recommend it not even to my wrost enemy.
