Customer service is responsive but it ends there. No transparency. They were waiting on a part for over 1 month, no communication and no transparency. It took me calling and spending a lengthy amount of hold time to finally get an answer. Had to go elsewhere due to significant delay and no clue when part would arrive.

Very good customer service, had a few issues with color and extremely minor damage during shipping and they helped out a ton. Very affordable parts with very good paint matching. 2015 Mustang Gt rebuild.

The customer service agent was knowledgeable and help me with my problem partify made it right and the company itself was great to work with, so if you are in need of car part get it from partify they stand behind their service.

I bought parts from Partify and another paint n ship company. Partify matched exactly. The other sent 2 parts and they were 2 different colors and told me too bad. Partify is the only place I will order from!

Shipped exactly what o ordered and fit perfect color match was perfect and the pieces of the bumper that stays black stayed black and could’ve been a thicker coat. Still give you a great rating.

Ordered 2 fenders for a 2010 Equinox. Original fenders were rusted and the car wouldn't pass an Ontairo Safety inspection with rusted Fenders.

Ordered 2 new fenders from Partify and installed them myself. Great fit and colour match! Car passed the safety inspection!

Highly reccomended, especially since most 2010-2017 Equinox vehicles have rusted fenders.

Fender was painted and delivered in just a few days. Partifyusa kept me updated on when it was painted, packed, shipped, and delivered. Item matched perfectly and was a great value for the price. Purchasing this item and putting it on my self probably saved me at least a $1000.

I had originally ordered the wrong part, but asked a question. The person who contacted me did a great job of correcting my mistake early and getting me the right part. Also, I might add that the part fit my 2020 Nissan Tital Pro-4X perfectly and the paint was a perfict match too. If you're a DIY person like me this is a great way to save a ton of money vs. using a body shop.

Ordered a front bumper The company is easy to get ahold of as well as fast shipping I was expecting to wait a whole month and it came in way sooner. the paint job is amazing as well as the color match looks perfect and brand new.

I ordered the capa version of this bumper only fitment issues I had during transfering parts from old bumper was the lower grill clips didnt seat on bottom side of the bumper and fitment was super tight on tow hook plastic pieces but other then that it fit onto the vehicle perfectly. The color match was spot on but you can tell contaminates did hit some spots i.e the fog light pockets but you gotta get very close to see them but overall paint job was amazing no chips or dings. This website estimated delivery oct 6 and it shipped right on time when it got picked up by the Freight shipping company Saia amazing experience he called me 20 mins till arrival to let me know he was near and was right on time absolute amazing shipping experience!

I have ordered painted bumper covers and front quarter panels several times over the last 15 years. About a year ago I replaced a bumper cover and quarter panel for 2 different cars. I did not order from Partify (my mistake); the bumper cover paint did not match and the quarter panel had a very noticeable flaw in the paint. Last month ordered bumper cover and quarter panel from Partify. This car has chromalusion paint. Color matched perfectly and had no flaws. Parts packed very well and covered with baby powder. Great price for the quality! This is my 4th order from Partify and I will continue to use for all of my projects going forward.

Fenders fit perfectly and the paint matched excellent. Definitely would buy from Partify again.
