Expectations were exceeded!
Had a great experience receiving quotes back very quickly and with options. This helped us make the correct decisions. Also included additional hardware to complete the project. Ordering was easy and was able to finalize through email/digitally. Very happy with the quickness of shipping, too. Product was received crated thoroughly to minimize possible shipping damage.

The website was great for putting together my project and getting pricing. It also gave me ideas on what is the best sellers. We thought the installation instructions could have used some photos and clearer instructions. Material was great and packaged well. Box actually had some holes and shipping damage but contents in the box were fine. Product shipped faster than we expected.

Good first impression, easy for first timers
The digital layout drawing was helpful when putting the partitions up. The only thing that would have made this easier for me being my first time putting these up would be instructions for how we could use all the different parts. We ended up finding out by trail and error. Other than that the Partitions were great.

The partition looks great although we have not yet finished installing it. It was received quickly and the customer service was great - the only problem was with the local delivery service as they did not call ahead as they were supposed to before delivery and simply left the pallet at the door outside while no one was there.
