I do not recommend them at all. They do not do as promised . I contacted them recently and they did the complete opposite of what I was told . I will never use them again.

Worst service, better use any plugging, money is never guarantee to be received. Not only that they refunded a transaction fully just after I've shipped and provided the tracking number making a loss of 200€
Stay away if you don't want to get any surprise, and don't send any package before you receive the full amount 3 months later.
Very disappointing.

The part was perfect. Came fast and worked flawlessly. A very professional setup with all accessories already mounted including the adhesive for the screen. I couldn't have asked for any more. The iPad air is back to original condition.

Great products at a good price and excellent after sales service (shipping damaged part was replaced the next day with a simple whatsapp message to support).

Extremely frustrating experience. Ordered a phone listed as in-stock almost 1.5 weeks ago on a Friday. By Tuesday I still hadn’t received any shipping information or confirmation, so I emailed customer service. Service responded saying that normal delivery time is between 2-5 days, and as I was on the third working day i was still within the time frame. This is reasonable, of course, but was already irked that I needed to chase the company.

Fast forward to the end (16:45) of Day 5 and I still hadn’t received any information about whether the phone had shipped, so I emailed Partly again. Got a response from the company the next day saying there was a delay in the shipment, so I would have to wait for the phone again. There was no guarantee on when the phone could arrive, but the agent suggested that if they still hadn’t received the phone by the same day next week, she would give me a call personally. When I asked why I hadn’t received any updates, the agent said the company wouldn’t have known whether the order would arrive or not until the end of the day, and that her hands were tied.

I am frustrated by this for a few reasons.

To start, I had to chase Partly TWICE for information about my order, which is irritating and poor customer service.

Additionally, I find the excuse that nobody knew whether my phone would arrive at my office before the end of the day astounding. By that point the phone hadn’t even shipped, and I feel like it wouldn’t have been unreasonable to check.

Ultimately I think this was all part of a big misunderstanding, and the wait time on the phone is likely not Partly’s fault. But I am disappointed with the way customer service handled the situation. I was given no information when there was a backup, needed to reach out twice, and had to ask for the phone to be escalated to next-day shipping.

I bought an Iphone 7 128gb on their website the 26th of september, it was suppose to be delivered the 27th, today (11th of December) i still have nothing and they don't even reply to me emails nor Whatsapp, i went to the police in order to get my refund.

Partly does what they promise!
After searching for an iPhone 8Plus, refurbished, we found Partly (thanks, Google) and they had a good price for a Very Good iPhone. After a quick chat with Boris from their customer service, he confirmed to me that delivery would be next day if I would order now. Which I did, and delivery was indeed the next day. Awesome service. Awesome iPhone.

Everything was effortless really. Product delivered very swiftly in funky little box. Happy.
