Being a much older student returning to…
Being a much older student returning to learning after a 30 year break I began this experience with anxious trepidation and utter self doubt. Add to this being completely unfamiliar with the use of modern technology in modern day learning methods, plus the loss of both my parents during my Apprentiship, my tutor had quite a challenge in her hands. Gemma's skiils tailored the learning process to meet my needs, gently encouraging, always inspiring, incredibly supportive she got me to the end, always crediting me for my efforts and achievement. The reality is that I never would have achieved, this without her, this was a true "Partnership" in every sense: thankyou Gemma Eku, we did it!!

I have recently passed my Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management with support from my tutor Abigail Ward. Honestly couldn’t of done it without Abi’s support, she was extremely supportive, approachable and she really helped me set targets and deadlines for each module, talking me through everything required in detail. I was fortunate to be able to complete everything and sit my EPA in a good timeframe. Overall very pleased with the service and support.

Supportive onboarding experience
We're new to working with Partnership Training and have had a very positive introduction to their work. We met with Michelle who gave us a helpful overview of the support they offer to learners, and more information about each course. When enrolling learners onto the course, Stephen our Account Manager was very attentive, taking the time to explain the enrolment process really clearly, making sure we shared all the relevant documents and being really approachable when I had questions. We're looking forward to working more closely with the team.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Sarah Gilbert. At the start of my apprenticeship standard I was filled with so much anxiety. The thought of starting my level 3. Felt so overwhelming. With the support of Sarah we have manage to accomplish the units and get to my exams. I could have not done it without her. Sarah wasn’t just there for me for my units. She was there as a friend. I lost both my grandmas within 7 weeks apart. And the compassionate messages I received from her. All I can say thank god Sarah came in to life for this time period. As I’d not of achieved the grades I got at my Sjt or discussion. As I’d would have not stuck at it. But Sarah pulled me through and it all paid off.
