This is an update on my previous review. The company redeemed itself to me!!! I spoke with Tracy at Part Pointer and she apologized that no one had gotten back to me sooner. She immediately handled my refund and told me I didn't need to send the part back. I will purchase from Part Pointer again after customer service came through for the WIN!!! Ordered rear brembo brake pads for 2010 camaro ss but received wrong parts. Tried contacting company by phone about return but can't get a real person on the line. Answer machine, direct me to contact Sixity Auto, ok tried contacting them no person again. Still yet to hear from Sixity Auto about refund. Not too happy with customer services in this regard.
I ordered a rear windshield wiper for my 93 Ford Aerostar van and it arrived promptly no problem.
Unfortunately the wiper blade did not fit the wiper arm on my van.
I called customer service to discuss my problem and they provided a refund of my purchase.

I still have yet to receive my part 2 weeks later. It says returned to seller and thats was about a week ago

The package was returned to us by the USPS for "insufficient address". We fully refunded the order on January 4th, 2021. We are sorry you were not able to receive your package.
As far as service it would be nice to talk to someone. Your on hold for I don't no how long..then a recording comes on and tells you to email them..not good
