Done with Partsavatar

After years of using partsavatar, I'm officially done. Too many wrong parts, too hard to confirm fitment, and also literally not enough options to confirm the car I have with the engine I have so I can get the right parts. This is truly a Canadian Temu parts website.

Frustrating experience

Overall this purchase experience was frustrating and more drawn out than it should have been. My order arrived quickly however the package was damaged during shipping (Canpar) and one of the parts of the kit was missing. Communication started off well with customer service however once they escalated it to Canpar to look for the missing part and contact me, everything slowed to a crawl. I never recieved communication from Canpar (not the fault of Parts Avatar) and after several more emails with customer service an RMA was sent along with a return label. I had to package up the kit and tape up the damaged box to return for a refund, which I did finally get confirmation of but still has to be processed by my bank.
I ordered the kit on March 15th and it arrived on March 20th, I initiated my damage claim along with pictures the same day it arrived. Emails went back and forth until I recieved the RMA and return label on April 7th. Kit was shipped back on April 9th and arrived at the warehouse on April 13th according to Purolator tracking. I emailed on April 15th to confirm that they indeed recieved the kit as well as the RMA paperwork which customer service confirmed on April 16th. Finally on April 21st I recieved confirmation that my refund was being processed which will be another few days before it hits my bank.
This process should not have taken 4 1/2 weeks leaving me with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive due to the failed part. I could have ordered parts to fix the issue in the meantime, however I wanted to ensure there weren't going to be any issues with the return and that I got my refund.
In future it would be nice for the customer if the missing part could have been removed from another kit and sent out to keep the customer happy and let customer service deal with Canpar on their end.
I am now left to order parts again to complete the repair and extend the downtime of my vehicle.

Oem fit?

Received rear brake pads and discs quickly.Brembo pads are a good fit and brake well.On the other hand,the brembo discs look good and quality seems alright but the tapered hole to secure the disc to the hub with a flat philips tapered screw is not drilled in the right place so installation was done without screw.

Everything. The best the delivery was ahead of schedule! They seem to understand that we're ordering parts because we need them and get them out right away and that is much appreciated.

My order was difficult, there where to many people got involved in the matter, and messed it up to the point I was going to cancel. But the order came and all was done.
