The parts that were clearly advertised were genuine OM parts but what I received after a long delay on my order was after market! They danced around the issue many different ways and did offer a return but never offered what I actually ordered. I will never order from them or newparts again!
I bought Porsche maintenance filter kit. Oil, air, cabin etc. at time o only needed engine air filter so my mechanic told me it’s the wrong part. I contact them they try to bs me but they willing to ship me correct part which they did shipped. After month my oil change due I took it to my mechanic it’s also came out wrong part I contacted again but they never reply it’s because leaving their eBay account review door closed. This is not a business you trust. I paid full amount but in return got back wrong parts with dishonest business ethics.

They sell as "PartsContainer" on eBay, which is where I have had my troubles with them. They sold me an $800 BMW headlight that was missing parts, and say they will do nothing unless I send them photos of the missing parts that I never received. Think about this crappy circular policy... how do you send photos of what you did not get? These guys are just crooks. I have had to dispute the charge to eBay, they forced it.
